What's not included:

Airfare is not included in the travel package (air options will start to become available in September/October for July travel)
Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended. Please ask Danielle for a quote once you are deposited
Tips to resort staff and tour guides are not included but much appreciated throughout the island
Optional tours are not included but can be booked for you through our destination management partner

A limited number of rooms are being held at the locked in pricing until November 30th. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed once allotment is used up or retracted. So don't delay. Secure your reservation early!

Deposit Schedule and Cancellation Policy:

Initial deposit of $200 per person is due at time of registration. Your registration is incomplete until $200 per person deposit is received.

February 15, 2025: A second deposit of $500 per person is due

April 30, 2025: Final payment is due.

Cancellations made before February 15, 2025 will be subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee.

Cancellations between February 15, 2025 and April 29, 2025 will be subject to a $400 per person cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after April 30, 2025 are in full penalty and no refunds will be given.

Changes to guest names, dates or room categories after registration will be subject to a $50 fee per change requested.

Childrens rates are for children between ages 2-12 when accompanied by 2 adults occupying the same room.

Passport Requirements:

All names on your reservation must match your passports exactly.
Be sure to check the expiration date of your passport. Most countries require that your passport expire no sooner than six months beyond the final day of your trip.
If your passport expires less than six months beyond the final date of your trip, renew your passport without delay. You may be denied entry into some countries if your passport expires less than six months beyond the last day of your trip.
