Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
- Payments are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
- It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors.
- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.
- Rooms in the room block are guaranteed for the booking window of April 6 to April 11, 2027. If you wish to book any other of the wedding week dates outside this window, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com to request those additional nights.

- Wedding Day - Friday, April 9th, 2027
Payment Schedule:
- November 5th, 2026 - Latest date to reserve your room with a $300 deposit.
- November 10th, 2026 - Latest date to pay for 40% of your remaining balance.
- January 10th, 2027 - Latest date to pay your remaining balance.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Jenna ans Conor’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Jenna and Conor have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
- Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
- Secrets Akumal Resort is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
- To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Akumal Resort as part of the wedding group.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
- Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
- February 4th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before November 1st you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
- Between November 1st, 2026 and December 1st, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 20% penalty
- Between December 1st, 2026 and January 10th, 2027 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 40% penalty.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after January 10th, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your room total
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Secrets Akumal will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Iberostar and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
