About the Program

This isn't just a trip — it's your backstage pass to the most iconic fashion event in the U.S. You'll work backstage at major runway shows including Michael Kors, Cult Gaia, Tory Burch, and others determined by the fashion calendar, as well as emerging designer houses — giving you a true full 360-degree view of the industry from the biggest names to the next generation of fashion talent. We partner with Bureau Betak — one of the world's most prestigious fashion event production companies — to place you at the center of the action.

Designed to provide real-world experience, portfolio content, and career-shaping mentorship, this program doesn't just open doors — it helps you walk through them. Every element is built around one goal: positioning you for internship placement and a lasting career in fashion.

Fashion for Futures LLC does not itemize program costs. All pricing reflects a comprehensive package rate. Individual components are not available for separate purchase or refund.

Fashion for Futures LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, or substitute any part of the program itinerary — including accommodations, events, activities, and scheduling — due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue availability, supplier changes, or force majeure events. Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and integrity of the program experience.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in your signed program agreement. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the program.

Rooming & Single-Occupancy Policy: Shared-room pricing is based on double occupancy and is subject to roommate availability. Fashion for Futures cannot guarantee a roommate match. If a participant is the only student within an appropriate rooming or gender group and a roommate cannot be assigned, a single-occupancy supplement may be required. Fashion for Futures reserves the right to adjust the accommodation arrangement and charge the applicable single-room difference. Participants will be notified of any required adjustment prior to final room assignments.

Participants may not receive single occupancy at the shared-room rate solely because a compatible roommate is unavailable.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to all terms above.

Available Packages

Double or Quad Occupancy
Available until November 1, 2026

$2,100.00
Deposit: $1,000.00 per person

Program pricing is based on shared room accommodation (double or quad occupancy) for the duration of the program and includes full access to all scheduled events, industry experiences, and curated activities outlined in the program itinerary.

Fashion for Futures is committed to creating a comfortable, respectful, and inclusive rooming environment for all participants. Roommate assignments are made thoughtfully, taking into consideration gender identity, participant preferences, enrollment, and room availability whenever possible.

Because shared-room pricing is based on having an appropriate roommate available, if we are unable to make a suitable roommate match based on enrollment or a participant’s stated rooming preferences, the participant will be responsible for any additional cost associated with single-room accommodation or another available rooming option.

Fashion for Futures will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants; however, we cannot guarantee a specific roommate or roommate match.

All payments are non-refundable in accordance with the terms agreed upon at registration. Please refer to your Program Agreement for complete terms and conditions.
