Day 1: Welcome to St Thomas! (July 2, 2026)
• Arrive in beautiful St Thomas!
• We’ll be there to greet you and escort you to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, your home for the next few days.
• Check-in, unwind, and take in the ocean views.
• Enjoy a drink, explore the resort, and relax by the pool or beach.
• Dinner and drinks at the resort—let’s kick off the celebration!
Day 2: Resort Relaxation & Fun (July 3, 2026)
• Wake up to paradise and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the resort.
• Spend the day soaking up the sun—whether it’s lounging by the pool, sipping tropical cocktails, or hitting the beach.
• Enjoy resort activities like water sports, fitness classes, or spa treatments.
• Indulge in gourmet dining and entertainment at night.
Day 3: More Resort Bliss (July 4, 2026)
• Another day in paradise!
• Poolside relaxation, beach walks, and maybe some nightlife at the resort’s bars.
• Want to explore? Take a short trip to nearby attractions or enjoy a boat ride.
End the night with a toast to an amazing trip!
• Wake up and enjoy one last satisfying breakfast at the resort.
• Pack your bags, double-check your belongings, and say goodbye to paradise.
• Transfer to the airport and board your flight back home, taking unforgettable memories with you.

Initial Deposit - Due at time of booking
- First Payment - 25% due (240 days before travel)
- Second Payment - 50% due (180 days before travel)
- Third Payment - 75% (90 days before travel)

Final Payment: - 100% (60 days before travel)
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation within 240 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 20% of any additional payments made.
Cancellation within 180 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 40% of any additional payments made.
Cancellation within 90 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 80% of any additional payments made.
Cancellation within 60 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 100% of any additional payments made.
Cancellations will be reimbursed to your original form of payment within 10 - 14 business days minus any fees and/or penalties accessed. If the refund is applied by credit card OR bank tranfer, any additional bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.
Any changes or modifications including but not limited to name corrections, passenger details, occupancy changes, travel dates, or room category changes are subject to a 50.00 change fee and could result in a re-price situation at the current day’s rate. No refund or reduction will be made for any accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the vacation package not utilized for personal reasons.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Vacation Protection Plan [VPP] Pre-Departure Waiver
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 7 days prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
Hotel-only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost.
VPP Voucher Information:
Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
The vouchers are non-transferable, and name changes will not be accepted.
Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment due date. Hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
Insurance prices are per person and must be purchased for all occupants on the same booking.
