All Payments to Travel by Lancie, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is because Travel by Lancie, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines as well as other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  This is the only way we can keep our package prices competitive and afford you opportunity to make monthly payments on your vacation and guarantee our low group rates. 

However, you can cover the full cost of your trip by purchasing travel insurance.  This would protect your investment from missed flights, medical emergencies or cancellations.  In order to take full advantage of travel protection, it must be purchased within 7-14 days of your deposit.
