Please note that the price shown in the link does NOT include flights. Flights can be added starting January 1, 2027, with an additional deposit of $300. We recommend making subsequent monthly payments to ensure a timely final payment.

Keep in mind that flight prices fluctuate, and there won't be a single group flight. I will choose the most affordable option on a reliable airline, ensuring you get the best deal with your approval. If you have a specific flight preference, please let me know in advance so I can consider your request.

Please also be aware that flight schedules are subject to change or may sell out at any time. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
• All deposits  are non-refundable  (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $50.00).
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee of $50 may apply to correct documents.
• Please make your reservations asap to be locked in. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• Itinerary subject to change without notice. Tours may be substituted for similar tours due to weather etc.
• You must have your roommate identified before booking. You must have a roommate's name to book Double Occupancy rates. Keep in mind we do not match you with roommates. 
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. After two consecutive missed payments your room is subject to be dropped by the hotel. No refunds will be given on any payments.
• You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Late payment of $50.00 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
• Any late payment requests must be approved by management BEFORE the payment due date on your account. If not approved in advance, you risk your secured spot.
• If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a  justifiable cause for cancellation.   We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.
•  You can add travel protection insurance on your own at www.Allianz.com or www.TravelInsured.com or just Google "Travel Insurance" to select a company that you are comfortable with.   
• You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements.

Cancellation Policy

 ***Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable*** Payments May Possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case-by-case basis and for a transfer fee of $50.00. If there is no new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors.
