1. Valid Passport

   • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date from Tanzania.

   • Must have at least one blank page for entry/exit stamps.

2. Tourist Visa

   • A visa is required for U.S. citizens.

   • Processing time: About 10 business days, but apply early just in case.

3. Yellow Fever Vaccination

   • Not required if you're traveling directly from the United States.

4. Return or Onward Ticket

   • You may be asked to show proof of return or onward travel.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Deposits:

• All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your spot.

• A second payment equal to the deposit is required within 60 days of the initial deposit to keep your booking active.

Final Payment Due Date:

• The full balance is due by June 10th, 2026.

• Payments can be made via Afterpay, Klarna, Uplift, or through a custom payment plan.

Late Payments:

• Payments made after the due date will incur a $25 late fee per month.

• Late payments that significantly delay your balance may result in cancellation of your trip without refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• All payments are non-refundable within 90 days of the trip start date.

• Cancellations made before 90 days may be eligible for partial credit toward a future trip (at our discretion).
