Group Trip Notes:
  • Space is limited to first 16 people or 12 cabins to deposit. 
  • You are responsible for finding your own roommate and to ensure that all payments are made and on time.
  • Solo cabins - multiple occupancy cost & deposit by 2, less port fees & taxes.
  • Cruise final payment is due January, 15th, 2027 - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
 

Important Travel Information:

  1. A valid passport is recommended for this trip. Expiration 6 months after your travel start day.
  2. When making your reservation you can pay in full or select the deposit with the up to 6 monthly payments plan.  If you select the payment plan, you will be sent a reminder email of the due date and amount due - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Begin looking for flights 9 months prior to travel (around August 2026).
  4. We highly recommend that your flight arrives in Tokyo, Japan no later than 9 am and you arrive at the cruise port no later than 1 pm.
  5. PREFERABLY, you should arrive in Tokyo, Japan 1-2 days prior to embarking. 
  6. For your return to the mainland from Seoul ICN, plan your flight for 12 noon or later.
  7. Once you are paid in full, detailed itinerary, travel instructions and all documents will be sent to you.  These will be sent via email/electronic mail.
 
Visa Information US Citizens: 
  • No Visa is required  for Korea, BUT an Electronic  K-ETA is required for US Citizens.
  • No Visa is required for Japan - at this time - for US citizens.
  • All non-US citizens must check with their embassy to apply for a visa if required.
 
 
 
Terms & Cancellation Policies:

  •  Cancellation after December 10,2026 - 25% of cruise cost
  • Cancellation after January 10, 2027 - 50% of cruise cost
  • Cancellation after February 10, 2027 - 75% of cruise cost
  • Cancellation after March 10, 2027 -  100% of cruise cost
  • Your name as it appears on your passport or government issued ID MUST be used for all reservations and communications. Changes or corrections will  incur a change fee.
  • It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is making the payments and on time.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy:
There is no refund of your $450 deposits, regardless of the reason, and limited refunds of the balance or any unused portion of the trip, prior to final payment date. You will need to work with your insurance policy carrier for any refunds.
