Group Trip Notes:
  • Space is limited to first 20 people or 10 cabins to deposit. 
  • You are responsible for finding your own roommate and to ensure that all payments are made and on time.
  • Final payment is due January, 30th, 2024 - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
 

Important Travel Information:

  1. A valid passport is recommended for this trip. Expiration 6 months after your travel start day.
  2. When making your reservation you can pay in full or select the deposit with the up to 5 monthly payments plan.  If you select the payment plan, you will be sent a reminder email of the due date and amount due - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Begin looking for flights to Haneda, HND - 9 months prior to travel (around December 2023).
  4. We highly recommend that your flight arrives in Tokyo no later than 12 noon and you arrive at the cruise port no later than 3 pm.
  5. Alternately, you should arrive in Tokyo 1-2 days prior to embarking. 
  6. For your return to the mainland, plan your flight for 12 noon or later.
  7. Once you are paid in full, detailed itinerary, travel instructions and all documents will be sent to you.  These will be sent via email/electronic mail.

  •  Cancellation after February 28, 2024 - 25% of cruise cost
  • Cancellation after March 14, 2024 - 50% of cruise cost
  • Cancellation after March 28, 2024 - 75% of cruise cost
  • Cancellation after April 27, 2024 -  100% of cruise cost
  • Your name as it appears on your passport or government issued ID MUST be used for all reservations and communications. Changes or corrections will  incur a change fee.
  • For US citizens ONLY, no visa is required for Japan entry
  • For ALL others, a valid passport and visa is REQUIRED for entry - check your embassy.
  • EVERYONE is required to an approved Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA). $40US
  • It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is making the payments and on time.

There is no refund of your $450 deposits, regardless of the reason, and limited refunds of the balance or any unused portion of the trip, prior to final payment date. You will need to work with your insurance policy carrier for any refunds.
