Retainer Fee Agreement
 
In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a retainer fee is required. This fee is non-refundable.
 
Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time. Once MBS Xscapes LLC. Travel Agency has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the Internet, or wherever you would like.
 
If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The retainer fee is valid for 30 days (includes two destinations). Otherwise, we will consider the request cancelled. If you do not book your vacation and we reconvene anytime thereafter 30 days, a new retainer fee will be due.
 
RETAINER FEE BREAKDOWN 
Retainer fees are NOT applied to your balance. Once the retainer fee is obtained and flight or trip arrangements are secured, MBS Xscapes LLC. Travel Agency will:
 
  • Create Installment Payments (Breakdown and Monthly Email Reminders)
  • Send Flight Check-In Reminders (departure and return)
  • Provide Emergency Travel assistance during your trip
  • Provide Flight and Hotel updates if applicable
  • Travel Insurance Quote, if applicable
 
By signing the retainer fee form you are hereby agreeing to this Agreement and its terms listed herein:
 
1. The authorization & disclosure is not considered complete until this form is executed by you.
 
2. We will not commence any planning until the retainer fee has been paid and we will not continue any planning if retainer fees are due.
 
3. Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned.
 
4. I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage MBS Xscapes LLC. Travel Agency to research my vacation plans.
 
5. I agree that the retainer fee is nonrefundable. 
 
6. Furthermore, I understand a new retainer fee will be charged should I initiate any new requests or reconvene after 30 days.
