By signing below, I authorize A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) to charge the credit card provided herein. And I approve use of this card for partial and final payments unless I notify A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) before payments are due.
Disclosure and Consent
A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) makes every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment, due to an increase in the cost for one of more of the travel components of your package.
Prices will not increase after making full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government- imposed taxes, fuel or fees.
Responsibility: By acceptance of this reservation or other evidence of travel arrangements, the customer understands the A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) acts only as agents for the supplier, hotel or other facility providing the transportation, accommodations or other travel services.
*Charges may be incurred for changes made to reservation and are the responsibility of the traveler.
A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations or personal dissatisfaction with the travel arrangements provided.
By authorizing a credit card payment, you understand that the deposit may be non-refundable and that A Happy Place Travel (dba It's Celtic Time!) has a cancellation penalty of $200/person in addition to any penalties assessed by the travel supplier that will be charged to your credit card in the event that you cancel.
