Important Information Before Making Your Reservation
- Submitting information via this reservation form does not automatically confirm your reservation or charge your credit card.
- Your travel advisor will book your reservation and email you a confirmation and receipt for your deposit payment within 48 hours.
- You are responsible for reviewing the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors.
- Please enter your legal name(s) exactly as it appears on your valid passport. Additional fees may apply if a reservation has to be changed due to incorrect information.
- If you book at a different resort or outside the wedding group, you will need to purchase a day pass starting from $160+ per person per day to attend the wedding ceremony & reception.

Do I need to add children to the traveler count when I book my room?
- If you book Connecting rooms, you need to include adults and children in the number of travelers.
- If you book a Family Selection room, you will only enter the number of adults as travelers. Then you will provide the child or children's legal name, gender, and date of birth in the section entitled "Anything else Your Travel Advisor should know."

If I don't want to start my travel on June 8, can you still accommodate me?
- Yes. You will want to select June 8 as your outbound travel date and select the return date based on the number of days for your stay. Then you will provide your actual travel dates in the "Anything else your Travel Advisor should know" section. Your travel advisor will book the requested dates and manually adjust your invoice.
