Group Trip Rules & Policies

 
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
  •  Adults Only 21+. 
  • Your payments made to TrendiH Travels are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because TrendiH Travels has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
  • Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "active".
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
  • Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
  • Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.  Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current, unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly plan.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If they cancel, you will be responsible for the full room.
  • Roommate Matching is available.
  • Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
  • Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account. 
  • After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred. 
  • You are responsible to keep TrendiH Travels informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
  • TANZANIA – Visa required. Visas are available for purchase at the Kilimanjaro Airport however we strongly suggest it is obtained in advance to avoid long delays and ensure entry. Visas upon arrival are not guaranteed. The current fee for a visa is $100. Passengers purchasing a visa at the airport must be prepared to pay in USD (cash). To pre-purchase a visa, contact the Embassy of Tanzania, 1232 22ns Street NW, Washington, DC 20037, telephone (202) 884-1080. Foreign nationals may apply for a visa online in advance of travel. Applicants may complete the e-visa application form and make payment online with a credit card or bank transfer at www.immigration.go.tz. If the e-visa is approved, the applicant will receive a “grant notice” via email. Present a copy of the grant notice to the Immigration Officer on arrival at the airport in Tanzania.
  • Passengers must carry proof of yellow fever vaccination. Yellow fever vaccine is a vaccine that protects against yellow fever.
    Yellow fever is a viral infection that occurs in Africa and South America. Most people begin to develop immunity within ten days of vaccination and 99% are protected within one month, and this appears to be lifelong. The vaccine can be used to control outbreaks of disease. It is given either by injection into a muscle or just under the skin.
  • Roommate Matching is offered for this tour. If you want to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form where if asks for your roommate name. Also, please note roommate matching does not take place until after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
  • Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance to plan your free time.

Cancellation policy: All Payments are Non-Refundable. 

*If you purchase insurance You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings........ When you purchase insurance, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the plan cost plus a $85 pp  cancellation due to TrendiH Travels immediately charged to the card on file.
 
All cancellation will incur an $85 pp fee by TrendiH Travels payable immediately.
