The Charleston, SC cruise port has been the go-to for many South Carolina residents for that quick getaway. The close proximity to Myrtle Beach made it a perfect cruise port from which to depart on adventures to the Bahamas and the Caribbean.
At the end of 2024, the Charleston cruise port will be closing and the Carnival Sunshine will depart for Norfolk, Virginia.
October 2024 will be our chance to get to together, celebrating our Maryland roots along with our Grand Strand Friends and Neighbors, while cruising off to the Bahamas.
We will have meet & greets on the ship and have games and giveaways.
