VIP Experience Terms & Conditions:

  • Ticket valid only for your selected date and time.

  • Ticket includes 1-Day Park admission and unlimited (per day) express access to each ride, attraction, and seated show. Express access is a separate line with a shorter wait time at each ride, attraction, and seated show. (Does not apply to food and retail locations or non-seated shows.)

  • *All guests ages 12 and older must be prepared to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (at least 14 days after final dose was administered) or proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of visit, prior to Park entry. Guests ages 18 and older must also show photo ID.

    • Acceptable forms of proof of vaccination are a vaccination card or photo/digital photo of vaccination card (including name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered), a digital vaccination record from the California Department of Public Health or an approved company, or documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider, in each case showing that at least two weeks have passed since receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (e.g., Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) or since receipt of a single-dose vaccine (e.g., Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen). For those vaccinated outside the United States, two weeks must have passed since the last dose of a vaccine that is listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO).

    • Acceptable forms of proof of negative test are a printed document, email or text message displayed on a phone from a test provider or laboratory. The information should include person's name, type of test performed, and negative test result (date of test must be within prior 72 hours.) A PCR or antigen test is acceptable. A COVID-19 self-test, sometimes referred to as “home test,” is not acceptable.

  • Complimentary Valet Parking. Not valid for self-parking.

  • Requests to change your reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • You will need to arrive at VIP Reception 30 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time.

  • Attendees must be at least 17 years old to attend without an accompanying adult.

  • Ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or sightseeing tours.

  • Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

  • By accepting admission, you assume all inherent risks and agree to release Universal and its affiliates from liability for illness (including communicable / infectious diseases), loss, injury, or damage related to your purchase or visit.

  • Universal reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket.

  • Park, rides/shows/attractions, entertainment, experience details and/or access to event may be restricted or unavailable due to capacity/closures/other factors and benefits/restrictions are subject to change without notice.
