I authorize DELL WAY TRAVEL, INC. to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to DELL WAY TRAVEL, INC. are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Thank you for choosing Dell Way Travel for your Paradise Island Cruise 2025 experience. Before proceeding with your reservation, please read and understand the following terms and conditions.

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

The Paradise Island Cruis 2025 is a non-refundable event. Once your reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including personal cancellations, unforeseen events, or changes in travel plans. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

2. Age Requirement

All attendees must be at least 25 years of age to participate in the Paradise Island Cruise 2025. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the minimum age requirement.

3. Safety Responsibility

Attendees are solely responsible for their safety during the cruise. Dell Way Travel and its affiliates do not guarantee the safety of participants. We advise all travelers to review relevant travel advisories and safety information before embarking on the cruise.

4. Independent Contractors

Shore excursions, tours, flights, transportation, and onboard services are provided by Carnival Cruise Line and other independent contractors. Dell Way Travel does not supervise these services and is not responsible for their quality or safety. Attendees use these services at their own risk.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policies

a. Payment Terms

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment is required by the final payment due date.
Monthly payment plans may be available with specified deposit requirements.

b. Late Payments & Cancellations

Late payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
A reinstatement fee may apply if your reservation is canceled and then reinstated.
Failure to make the final payment by the designated due date will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.

c. Name Changes

Name changes are permitted until the final payment date, subject to administrative fees.

d. Cabin Occupancy Changes

Rates are based on the number of occupants in a cabin. Changes in occupancy may result in rate adjustments. Availability and rates are subject to change until all occupants have placed a deposit and paid in full.

6. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary and events for the Paradise Island Cruise 2025 are subject to change without prior notice. Carnival Cruise Line and Dell Way Travel reserve the right to modify the schedule as necessary.

7. Liability Release

By attending the Paradise Island Cruise 2025, you release Dell Way Travel, Inc. from any liability for accidents, injuries, property damage, legal charges, or other incidents that may occur during the event.

8. Cancellation Policy

Dell Way Travel is not financially responsible for cancellations by the cruiser. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Please refer to the cancellation section above for further details.

9. Missed Departure

If you miss the ship due to negligence or other personal reasons, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Dell Way Travel is not responsible for any refunds or expenses incurred due to missed departures.

10. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback will be considered a fraudulent claim. This action will result in a permanent ban from future sailings and vacations with Dell Way Travel, and legal action may be pursued.

11. Cardholder Agreement

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are the cardholder and are responsible for reserving a cabin on the Paradise Island Cruise 2025.

12. Authorization for Others

If you are not sailing but wish to make a booking or payment for another person, a notarized letter authorizing the payment on behalf of the other individual must be provided.

By making a reservation for the Paradise Island Cruise 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
