Cancellation Policy:
  • The $50 per person deposit is non-refundable.  The cost of travel protection insurance is non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Protection from Just Book It Travel, however travel protection can be purchased from any trusted supplier.
  • Final balances are due August 15, 2023. All rooms and room nights are non-refundable and under 100% cancellation following August 15, 2023 and any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier.
  • Any refunds prior to the final balance due date are charged a 5% merchant processing fee.

Cancel For Any Reason Travel protection ensures that travelers receive a refund of 75-100% of their insured non-refundable and pre-paid trip costs if they choose to cancel their trip for any reason.

All cancellation fees are non-refundable and are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, cancellation fees are your responsibility. 

 

The plan either covers 100% reimbursement (for "covered cancellations") or 75% (for all other cancellations) reimbursement.

Here are a few of the "covered cancellation" reasons, qualifying for 100% reimbursement.
