In the Autumn, it’s wine season. We will go to a local winery and maybe even get to see part of a homemade wine process in town. The food of the cooler weather also changes from what people are used to in the Summer.
1. Transportation on day of arrival and departure from Naples airport-as long as you arrive in the scheduled time frame (unless you choose to come at a different time or to different airport or day, then that transportation will be extra).
2. Accommodations in a bed and breakfast which will include breakfast every day
3. First night Group WELCOME Dinner at a local restaurant to enjoy typical foods of the town.
4. Restaurant meals out of town-either on the beach, in the city or an agri-turismo.
5. 4-5 Cooking Classes with Chef Giuseppe Demonte and myself and some women from town (Chef is an Italian Chef Instructor... the best! and the Mamma’s from town... well no one makes pasta like they do!)
6. (for Roseto Heritage guests) There will be time to go to the town hall and look up family records! And an interpreter will always go with you to make sure you get what you need!
7. 2 interpreters (at least) -so there is never a worry about understanding what’s going on!
8. Meals at the conclusion of each class made by YOU!
9. Transportation for all excursions
10. Town outdoor market
11. Visits to various food production facilities--(ie- cheese maker, wine maker, olive oil maker etc. depending on the season)
12. Food samples at all places we visit.
13. Entrance fees to anywhere we go unless otherwise stated.
1. Airfare
2. Transportation to your Airport of choice.
3. Transportation set up and cost from Airport to Roseto IF you do not arrive on the start day or at another airport besides Naples... or if you do not arrive within the pick-up timeframe. I have recommendations for reliable transport if it is needed.
4. 1 MEAL A DAY. --I have arrangements with our 2 restaurants in town to have meals between 10-15 Euros all- inclusive to keep it fair and affordable! (of course some of our other meals will be so filling that you may only want a snack!)
5. Extra things you want to do during your “free time” such as eat, drink, take the bus out of town etc.
6. Your spending money at the Saturday morning street market! (sorry, I’m not buying your Italian shoes!)
7. Travel Insurance is mandatory.

–AND NOW… We have added the Winery visit to more of the trips.
On all trips---We will visit various other historic locales such as cathedrals and amphitheaters... as well as a walking tour of Roseto itself that dates back to before 900AD! Each trip will hold a different surprise.
We are served a special dinner by the Consulto degli Anziani – translates officially to the Consult of the Elders! Basically – we’ll just call it the “old guys club”! This is a fun night of food, song and dance!
On every trip we go visit the Cheesemakers and watch how they make the local Caciocavallo cheese! This is always a special treat!
You will get to shop at the town market on Saturday morning and if you feel the need to shop more, that can be arranged!
There will always be some free time to roam around the village, meet people and just soak in the scenery and clear your head of all the clutter of your stressful life “back home”!
