Day 1: Arrival + Grounding

  • Welcome beverages +pool-side networking

Day 2: Movement + Mindfulness

  • Sunrise stretch & breath-work (beachside)

    • Optional Gym meet-up

  • “Aligned Intentions” workshop (goal setting with soul)

  • Free time: spa, journaling, beach walks

  • Group dinner + pool or beach side conversation

Day 3: Connection + Clarity

  • Morning yoga flow

  • Guided sisterhood session+Breakfast: “Saying Yes to Yourself”

  • Local immersion: Boat Excursion

    • Optional Hiking or other Watercraft Excursion

  • Self-Quiet Hours: digital detox + reflection time+individual exploration

Day 4: Integration

Deposits are non-refundable. The cancellation policy for this vacation is at the discretion of our suppliers and insurance company. Trip protection is strongly encouraged. Refunds on amounts less deposit will be honored if within the first 30 days of booking & if travel protection has been selected. This cancellation policy reflects only the room rates. Airline refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the airline provider unless otherwise noted by Exhale Travel and Events, LLC.
