Research Fee Agreement
In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a minimum $25.00 research fee is required. The fee is non-refundable.
Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time. Once A Slice of Life World Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the Internet, or wherever you would like.
If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes two destination changes). Otherwise, we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due
RESEARCH FEE BREAKDOWN
Research fees are NOT applied to your balance. Once the research fee is obtained and flight arrangements are secured, A Slice of Life World Travel will:
- send flight itinerary information
- check all parties in for flights
- communicate any travel changes via email or text (your preference
- send a courtesy 24 hour before reminder with travel documents
By signing the research fee form you are hereby agreeing to this Agreement and its terms listed herein:
- The authorization & disclosure is not considered complete until this form is executed by you.
- We will not commence any planning until the research has been paid and we will not continue any planning if research fees are due.
- Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned.
- I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage A Slice of Life World Travel to research my vacation plans.
- I agree that the research fee is nonrefundable.
- Furthermore, I understand a new research fee will be charged should I initiate any new requests after 30 days.
