here is a non refundable planning fee that MUST be paid before any research is started. This fee includes ONE destination and up to 3 quotes.
If you would like multiple destinations, please fill out a separate form for each one.
 
Once I have received your form and research fee, please allow  3-5 business days to receive your quotes.
It may take longer depending on the amount of quotes received. 
You will be contacted within 3-5 business days to discuss your itinerary in detail, if more information is needed to get started. 
Please note not providing a budget can possibly delay the start of your research. 

How To Book:

  • Step 1: Select your package below and click "Book Now"   
    • $40 for groups  of 4 or less.
    • $50 for groups  5 and up to 9.
    • $100 for 10 or more.
    • $300 for destination weddings.
    • There is a $10 fee per person for multiple departure cities in the same room. 
 
  • Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers  
    • There is a place on the form for the actual number of travelers
 
  • Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info' and fill out the form in its entirety.
 
  • Step 4: Click 'Continue To Payment'
 
  • Step 5: Authorize payment for planning fee.
 
  • Step 6: Wait 3-5 business days for quotes to be sent to your email.
 
 
⛔Important:
Quotes will be sent via email within 3-5 business days.
Once your form is received, you will receive one of three options to choose from based on your travel inquiry form.
Revisions to your quote within 7 days of delivery of the initial quote will result in a $10 fee.
Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee.
Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 7 days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request  and fees.
 
Please note if you're not deposit ready at the time when you receive your quote, prices aren't guaranteed and are subject to change at anytime.
There will be NO changes made after the booking is confirmed and a $50 cancellation fee per person if you decide to cancel after booked. 
 
Cancellation policy:
Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
