NOTES: Hotel Advisories
- Valet Parking Fees: Hours Monday – Thursday, Friday – Sunday- 0 - 2 Hours= $18.00- $20.00. Over 2 – 4 Hours= $22.00 - $24.00. Over 4 – 24 Hours= $26.00- $30.00. Valet prices based on day of arrival for 24 hours or less. After 24 hours, prices reset to applicable flat daily rates which changes on weekends. Credit card and contactless payment only. The fee amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
- Self Parking Fees: Hours Daily Charges 0 – 60 Minutes = No Charge. Over 1 – 4 Hours = $15.00. Over 4 – 24 Hours = $18.00 . The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet)
- The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. Resort fee: $45 (Plus Tax) per room, per night; Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not include tax and are subject to change, this is an estimate of what you will be charged. The hotel can provide current fees and inclusions when you check-in.
- Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.

Itinerary:
- Day 1: Arrive in Las Vegas and settle into your room.
- Day 2: Enjoy your day your way. In the evening we'll meet up for a tasty, Southern-Style group dinner.
- Day 3: Day trip to explore the Grand Canyon / West Rim. Tour includes breakfast, BBQ lunch at the Canyon, and a stop at the Hoover Dam.
- Day 4: Free day. Explore the city your way.
- Day 5: Depart for home or stay longer and play (unhosted).
Cancellation policy:
You may request a full refund of your deposit, less any applicable convenience fee, before December 1, 2024. After December 1, 2024, all deposits become non-refundable.
