Welcome to your Serengeti Glamping Trip!! We are excited to be whisking you away to Arusha, Tanzania 2025.
Thank you for allowing Traveling Sistas Abroad, LLC D/B/A TSA, LLC to host you.
Please select your option for your trip. Once you enter your information, your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email.
ATTENTION FOR ROOMMATES: Select 1 traveler so that your individual financial information will be captured. UNLESS the lead traveler will be paying for BOTH parties (making all payments themselves).

COVID Travel Requirements: Travelers traveling to Arusha, Tanzania from all countries must
- Present a negative COVID-19 test (PCR and /or Serology) is required for entry
- Travelers are required to complete an online Health Surveillance Form (at https://afyamsafiri.moh.go.tz/ for Tanzania mainland within 24 hours prior to arrival. Travelers will then receive a Unique Health Code (UHC), which they will present to health officials upon arrival.
- All travelers entering Tanzania will be subject to enhanced screening for COVID-19.
- Fully vaccinated travelers will be exempted from RT-PCR and Rapid Antigen Test requirements.
- Travelers will be required to present a valid vaccination certificate with QR code.
- The only accepted vaccines are those approved by the United Republic of Tanzania and the World Health Organization.
- Fully vaccinated means the complete administered dose(s) of the vaccine as prescribed by the manufacturer and approved by the World Health Organization.
- Travelers may be able to generate a QR code through services such as Global Haven: https://globalhaven.org .
- Not fully vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers will be required to present a negative COVID-19 Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) or Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) certificate with QR code obtained within 72 hours before departure.
- Not fully vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers may be tested for COVID-19 by Rapid Antigen Test at their own cost (USD $10)
***NOTE*** FINAL ITINERARY WILL BE PROVIDED 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Additional Information:
- Deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend protecting your investment with travel insurance.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued PASSPORT.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Traveling abroad requires passports to be valid for six (6) months beyond travel dates. For this Whisking Experience, your passport should NOT expire before April 2026.
- Traveling to Arusha requires a passport, which MUST be valid for six months beyond your travel dates
- When making your reservations, you can pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due. Payments are deducted on the 15th of the month.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be emailed 30 days or earlier before travel.
- You MUST purchase your flight to Arusha unless you hire us to assist you.
- Once you purchase your flight, please notify us of your flight details to ensure you receive your complimentary shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort.
