Prince of Travel Agency LLC is excited to help you with your travel needs. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Prince of Travel Agency LLC, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Terms & Conditions
CONSENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Access to and use of the services of Prince of Travel Agency LLC and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser, and/or traveler (“Client” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be legally bound by these terms. PLEASE READ THE TERMS BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE.
By booking a tour with us, paying a deposit or signing this agreement, you accept all of the terms in this agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons listed on the booking, including but not limited to any Minors for whom you are signing this agreement (also referred to individually as “Traveler” or “Travelers”), and direct us to perform services for each and every Traveler.
DEPOSIT & RESERVATIONS - A deposit along with a completed registration form is required for all new reservations with Prince of Travel Agency LLC.
PAYMENT METHODS - We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g. TravelJoy, PayPal). This will allow our clients to make payments through PayPal or with any major credit cards or debit cards. Payments are made online via your personal invoice. Payments will be accepted by phone.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY - If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have. By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by sighing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
REFUNDS - You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Prince of Travel Agency LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Prince of Travel Agency LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. The best way to guard yourself against any unforeseen circumstances is by purchasing travel insurance.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS - A minimum monthly payment installment is recommended to keep your reservation active. The amount of the minimum monthly payment installment will be provided on your invoice.
LATE OR MISSED MONTHLY PAYMENTS - If a monthly payment cannot be made by the date stated on the invoice, the traveler should email info@princeoftravelagency.com as soon as possible, so we are aware of the situation. A specific date of when you can make the payment must be included in the email; otherwise, your reservation may be canceled. A late payment fee of $100 will be incurred. The late fee is not applied to your reservation and does not reduce the amount of your balance.
FINAL PAYMENTS - The final payment due date will be clearly marked on your invoice. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make the final payment before or by the due date. Failure to make the final payment by the stated due date will result in a $100 per person late fee being added to your invoice. All reservations that are not paid in full 10 days past the final payment date will be automatically canceled and all previous payments will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS BY TRAVELER - All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to info@princeoftracvelagency.com There is a per person fee up to $100 to initiate any cancellations – with or without insurance. If multiple people are on a reservation and one person needs to cancel, the trip will need to be rebooked and will be requoted at the current rate. This may mean an increase in the rate for those that are remaining on the reservation. It is the responsibility of the travelers within the same reservation to ensure payments are being made. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours (or 3 business days), please call (719) 822-1620 to ensure your information has been received. As stated above, you acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to the Prince of Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY LLC – Prince of Travel Agency LLC reserves the right to cancel, alter, modify, postpone or reschedule any tour without prior notice for the safety and/or comfort of travelers and for circumstances of Force Majeure (see information below). We shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder as a result of any actions that it takes or does not take under this section and under this Agreement. You acknowledge that the amenities, accommodations, transportation, route, schedule, and itinerary may change without prior notice due to local circumstances or events, which may include mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, illness, strikes, political disputes, weather, border crossing problems, and other unforeseeable factors. If, prior to departure, we make a significant change because of a problem with a supplier (e.g., bankruptcy), we will, as soon as reasonably possible, notify you of available alternatives.
Any changes that we make may require a supplemental payment from you. We will advise you in the event additional payment is required. Regarding civil unrest, once we have investigated the prevailing situation as it deems fit, it shall remain in the sole discretion of Prince of Travel Agency LLC whether to proceed with the trip. If Prince of Travel Agency LLC is of the reasonable opinion that the trip may proceed, no refund will be payable to you and the cancellation provisions of this agreement shall apply. No refunds will be provided if we cancel, alter, modify, postpone, or reschedule any trip for any reason, whether before or during your trip. We may, in our discretion without any requirement that we do so, use reasonable endeavors to reimburse you of any payments that you have made reduced by any and all non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees that we have paid to suppliers and other third parties to provide components of your trip. Our administration costs in planning your trip are not refundable because of the work involved in planning, booking and management of your trip itinerary from the moment the trip is booked. This fee is 15% of the trip cost or three hundred dollars ($300), whichever is less (“Administration Fee”), and one that we cannot recuperate, again because the time and materials already invested in the trip. Prince of Travel Agency LLC is not responsible for any penalties imposed by the airlines.
RESERVATION CHANGES - All requests to make changes to a reservation must be made in writing and emailed to info@princeoftravelagency.com . There is a $50 per reservation fee to research any changes to your reservation after booking. Examples of a change request that will incur a change fee include, but are not limited to, the following requests: 1. Room type; 2. Hotel change; 3. Flight change; 4. Cabin change on the airline (i.e moving from coach to another class of service); 5. Changing dates of travel; 6. Adding passengers to reservations; 7. Removing passengers from reservations.
FORCE MAJEURE - In the uncommon situation where Force Majeure prevents, significantly hinders, renders it difficult, or makes it impossible for us or our Suppliers to provide the Services including but not limited to your trip, we and/or our suppliers shall be entitled to, in our sole and absolute discretion, take one or more of the following steps: vary, reschedule, postpone, cancel any trip itinerary or arrangement, including trip dates and the entire trip itself. We regret that no refunds will be provided if we take any of the preceding actions due to Force Majeure, unless and to the extent we are able to obtain any refunds from our suppliers. Any refund under this section will be less our 15% Administration Fee. This policy is based on the fact that Suppliers, who are often located outside the United States, are not obligated to return non-refundable deposits or waive their cancellation fees in the case of Force Majeure. Further, it is not assured that we would easily be able to receive any refunds from our Suppliers once we have forwarded your deposits to them. Nor will we be able to pay you any compensation, costs or expenses you incur as a result. We will advise you if we are able to obtain any refunds from our Suppliers in a Force Majeure situation. If you choose to cancel your trip, our standard cancellation terms that govern when a traveler cancels apply. See the above section titled “CANCELLATIONS BY TRAVELER.”
If Prince of Travel Agency LLC is affected by Force Majeure, Prince of Travel Agency LLC, if practicable, will notify you of the nature and extent thereof. Prince of Travel Agency LLC will not be deemed in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable to you, by reason of delay in performance or nonperformance of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that any such delay or nonperformance is due to any Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, sickness, quarantine, pandemic, epidemic, diseases and viruses that are known, unknown or novel such as coronavirus/COVID-19 (including any spread thereof), foodborne, airborne, and communicable illnesses and disease, government intervention of any kind that affect domestic and/or international travel, government restrictions or warnings, diplomatic or health organization (e.g., World Health Organization) warnings, border closings, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - All travelers must have adequate medical insurance to cover any medical emergencies or issues that might arise during your trip. Missing your trip is bad enough. Losing the financial investment you have paid towards your trip is worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Travel Interruptions, Lost Baggage, Delays, Medical Expenses and more. We strongly recommend you to select and purchase a travel insurance policy on your own or through Prince of Travel Agency LLC for domestic and international tours. We also strongly encourage that you consider purchasing insurance that permits you to cancel for any reason (“CFAR”). These CFAR policies must be purchased within a very short time period after you make your initial trip deposit so do not delay (usually 7-10 days). We make no representations or guarantees whatsoever about the availability of travel insurance or coverage matters. You understand and agree that should you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will not be protecting your trip whatsoever through insurance and you will be fully responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred in connection with your trip, including those relating to trip cancellation or interruption, loss or theft of personal property, medical expenses, and more.
The purchase of travel insurance is not required to purchase any other product or service offered by Prince of Travel Agency. However, it is strongly suggested. Employees of Prince of Travel Agency are not qualified or authorized to: answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions of any of the insurance offered, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage. An additional charge applies for travel insurance.
Health Clause (including COVID / Upper Respiratory) - We reserve the right to conduct common travel industry health screenings (e.g. forehead temperature readings, questionnaires, and checks for observable signs and symptoms) and refuse travel to symptomatic or likely symptomatic guests. If necessary, we in collaboration with travel providers’ and subcontractors’ policies - also reserve the right to quarantine travelers with symptoms of infectious diseases aboard confined modes of transport such as ships, trains, etc. No refunds will be provided to you for any unused portion of your trip if you are quarantined.
Without appropriate travel insurance, Client understands and agrees that if Client cancels or interrupts Client's travel for any reason, portions of the trip/tour will not be refunded and Prince of Travel Agency LLC and travel suppliers cancellation penalties will apply to result in the loss of monies up to the full cost of Client's travel booking and related costs. The purchase of travel insurance is not required to purchase any other product or service offered by Prince of Travel Agency LLC. However, it is strongly suggested. Employees of Prince of Travel Agency LLC are not qualified or authorized to: answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions of any of the insurance offered, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage. An additional charge applies for travel insurance selected.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS - It is the responsibility of each Client to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. The name, date of birth, and gender that appear on the passport must exactly match the same data that is listed on booking records. Prince of Travel Agency LLC strongly recommends that you consider that certain countries will not admit a passenger if their passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry. Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation. When you receive all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify all information. Contact Prince of Travel Agency LLC immediately if changes or corrections are required.
INDIVIDUAL ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS - Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or past offense, and you are unsure how the country you are traveling to (or through) views that offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. (Details can be found at http://travel.state.gov) We feel it is an invasion of privacy for any member of our staff to make such an inquiry.
HEALTH DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS - Each Client is responsible to make certain to have the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel and to make the necessary accommodations for security rules imposed by government authorities. Prince of Travel Agency LLC shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking. Check the USA State Department Web site http://travel.state.gov, for relevant information relating to travel to specific destinations, and the USA Centers for Disease Control http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ relating to health issues.
RISKS / SAFETY - Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Prince o Travel Agency LLC Services urge customers to remain informed daily as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at, http://travel.state.gov and http://www.cdc.gov.
BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS. THE CLIENT'S PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH EVENTS AT THE CLIENT'S OWN RISK.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: You agree that the sole remedy for any default by Prince of Travel Agency LLC arising under this Agreement shall be the return of the paid tour cost. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Prince of Travel Agency LLC shall not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental, or other damages arising out of this Agreement, including lost profits, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under the statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if Prince of Travel Agency LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You expressly waive any right it may have to recover such damages.
ASSUMED RISK / HOLD HARMLESS STATEMENT- Travel has its own inherent risks, and the traveler acknowledges such risks exist, up to and including death. The traveler agrees to hold Prince of Travel Agency LLC, its directors, officers, employees and independent agents and affiliates harmless should illness, accident or death occur Prince of Travel Agency LLC assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Prince of Travel Agency LLC, or (5) acts of God. The traveler agrees for him/herself, his/her heirs and assigns, executors, and administrators to hold harmless and release Prince of Travel Agency LLC or any other sponsoring organization(s) and/or subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, representatives, or successors (released parties”) from any and all losses, causes of action, liabilities, indirectly from participation in connection with hosted group trips and/or the condition of the property, facilities or equipment used for hosted group trips, regardless of when, where or how such claim may arise and regardless of whether caused by the disappearance of the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including, without limitation. Claims relating to (i) any theft, loss, or disappearance of property, (ii) bodily injury (fatal or non-fatal), and (iii) property damage.
LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE – Prince of Travel Agency LLC acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Prince of Travel Agency LLC. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s Terms and Conditions are contained in printed form and are set forth on their respective Web sites, which govern the transaction. All bookings are accepted by Prince of Travel Agency LLC as agents for the travel suppliers on your itinerary. The transportation, accommodations, and other services provided by the identified sea, ground, and air operator suppliers offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including Terms and Conditions on their respective Web sites. BECAUSE PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY LLC ACTS AS AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS, YOU AGREE PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THESE SERVICES. PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY OFFICE OR THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR AN ACT, ERROR, OMISSION, INJURY, LOSS, ACCIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE OF SUCH SUPPLIER, OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, FUEL INCREASES, AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSIDE OF PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY LLC CONTROL, AND YOU HEREBY EXONERATE PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY LLC FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.
BINDING ARBITRATION - I agree that any dispute concerning, relating or referring to this Agreement, the brochure or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§1-16, either according to the then-existing Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or pursuant to the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS). Such proceedings will be governed by substantive (but not procedural) Colorado law and will take place in El Paso County, CO. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionably, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract is void or voidable. Please understand that by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you (and we) are waiving our right to a trial by jury.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION - The client acknowledges their voluntary participation in the trip designated on their trip registration form (or a trip that is subject to change) and that the description of the trip has been read as it appears on the current Prince of Travel Agency LLC website.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRINCE OF TRAVEL AGENCY LLC HOSTED GROUP TRAVEL
ACTIVITY LEVEL AND GENERAL FITNESS - The activity levels for all Prince of Travel Agency hosted group trips require walking and other physical exertion. On some tour days, between walking tours and personal exploration, participants can expect to walk 2-3 miles over the course of a day. Travelers are required to manage their personal belongings without assistance. For these reasons, our hosted tours are not suitable for anyone physically challenged, anyone who is walking impaired, or anyone who is a slow walker who cannot keep up with the pace of the group.
GROUP TRAVEL (only) ROOMMATE MATCHING - Roommate matching is available for our International Tours only. You will be matched with a roommate once you have paid more than 75% of the balance of your travel reservations and provided the person you will be matched with has also paid 75% of his/her balance. After you have submitted a profile and when 75% of your reservation has been paid, you will begin to receive email notifications from Prince of Travel Agency LLC with the name, email address, and profile of other solo travelers on your tour that have also expressed an interest in finding a roommate. Your information will in turn be provided to those same solo travelers. You will have two weeks to select to roommate and notify Prince of Travel Agency LLC. After final payment, no changes can be made to the room type (double or single occupancy). Prince o Travel Agency LLC will request two (2) beds and non-smoking rooms, for all shared rooms, although hotel requests are not guaranteed. During the hosted trip, a room-sharing traveler who wishes to make a change in their rooming situation is responsible to make their own arrangements and paying for a separate room if single accommodations are desired.
TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES - In order to fully enjoy your Prince of Travel Agency LLC tour, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are required to notify Prince of Travel Agency LLC prior to reservation for review and our agreement. Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers, or other tours, hotel, ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. In order to participate in escorted tours, passengers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for their personal safety. Prince of Travel Agency LLC reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour if notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all guests. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently. Prince of Travel Agency LLC can suggest touring options based upon specific requirements.
Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours - Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), Prince of Travel Agency LLC seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise Prince of Travel Agency LLC of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Prince of Travel Agency LLC to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Prince of Travel Agency LLC will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases.
International Tours: Hotels, sea, and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways, or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.
SERVICE ANIMALS - Service animals cannot be accommodated on international escorted tours. Passengers on the USA escorted tours who require a service dog because of a disability should check with Prince of Travel Agency LLC prior to booking a tour.
AIRLINES - Prince of Travel Agency LLC is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Prince of Travel Agency LLC is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by Prince of Travel Agency LLC due to schedule and/or flight changes. Airline reservations completed online are subject to review and, should Prince of Travel Agency LLC deem it necessary, maybe rebooked to match minimum connecting time requirements and/or tour package itineraries, in which case you will be notified immediately. Airlines reserve the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets whenever they determine that specific flights are heavily booked even when normal ticketing rules do not require tickets to be issued until a later date. In this instance, Prince of Travel Agency LLC will require immediate and full payment of the airfare. This situation overrides invoice terms and conditions and payment due dates. If full payment is not received, seats will be canceled by the airline and may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights or at the same airfare. Any replacement air arrangements and airfare will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
AIRLINE TICKETS - Once full payment is received; Prince of Travel Agency LLC airline tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable. Should airline tickets require to be issued earlier than the Final Payment due date, you may be required to pay a larger non-refundable deposit and/or complete full payment. Airline Seat Assignments: The airlines bear the sole authority of assigning seats on group flights. Prince of Travel Agency LLC airline contracts is for economy class seats only. If you require another class of service, you may consider purchasing your own flights and purchasing your land-only package from Prince of Travel Agency LLC.
AIRLINE FREQUENT FLIER PROGRAMS - Passengers are responsible to contact their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual. Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part or total based on their own rules which are updated frequently. Some discounted or promotional airfares as well as some code-share flights are not eligible for mileage accrual. Some private airfares, such as a " Prince of Travel Agency LLC Airfare", are not eligible for mileage or may qualify for reduced mileage, even if the same airline class of service is eligible for full mileage when sold as an "Instant Purchase" published airfare. Not all published airfares are eligible for mileage. Prince of Travel Agency LLC will record frequent flier numbers when provided by the passenger prior to travel documents being issued. However, the addition of frequent flier numbers to airline records does not guarantee mileage eligibility which is at the sole discretion of each airline. Airline schedule changes may result in flights that were originally eligible for mileage accrual no longer being eligible. We highly recommend passengers to provide their frequent flier account information whenever checking in online and/or at the airport check-in desk. After travel has commenced, it is often not possible to apply for frequent mileage credit. Passengers are also responsible to determine whether previously earned mileage may be applied to flights to secure upgrades.
CONTACT INFORMATION - Pursuant to TSA Secure Flight requirements, passengers are responsible to provide Prince of Travel Agency LLC with their name as it appears on their passport (or other government-issued I.D. when traveling), date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email and fax data for all passengers. Passengers must ensure that names are correctly listed on their invoices. Prince of Travel Agency LLC will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents or are denied boarding due to inaccurate information.
AIRLINE NAME CHANGES - Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $50 revision fee per change. Prince of Travel Agency LLC will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing at info@princeoftravelagency.com.
AIRLINES TAXES & FUEL SURCHARGES - If you purchased airfare, airline taxes and fuel surcharges are included. Prior to completion of full payment, there is a potential for a price increase(s) due to increases in government levied taxes and fees and/or fuel surcharges. To avoid potential increases, you may choose to accelerate your final payment in order that your tickets may be issued. Once issued, airline tickets are no longer subject to potential increases but are fully non-refundable. Certain overseas domestic flights are subject to air taxes which can only be paid locally; in these cases, the specific flights and amounts of those taxes are indicated in our package presentation and pre-departure documentation.
AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES - In the event of an airline schedule change, Prince of Travel Agency LLC will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. Prince of Travel Agency LLC is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. Prince of Travel Agency LLC is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline. In the event of any change in flight, itinerary made directly between passengers and their airline, it is the passengers' responsibility to advise Prince of Travel Agency LLC of amended flight details in writing at info@princeoftravelagency.com. . Prince of Travel Agency LLC cannot be held responsible for land services, including arrival and/or departure transfers if flights are changed without its knowledge.
LUGGAGE (AIRLINES) - Checked bags are typically limited to a total dimension of 62 inches by adding length + width + height (example: 26"+26"+10" = 62”), and a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23kg). Many airlines apply charges for checked bags. Prince of Travel Agency LLC is not responsible for checked bag fees, excess luggage or weight charges levied by an airline. If your luggage is lost or damaged by the airlines, a baggage claim form MUST be filed with the carrier before leaving the airport. We recommend that you use brightly colored luggage tags, straps or other identifiers to help you locate your luggage upon arrival or to describe it if it is lost.
LUGGAGE (ESCORTED TOURS) - All Prince of Travel Agency LLC escorted tour buses allow one piece of luggage per person, plus a carry-on bag. Additional baggage will be subject to a handling charge of $100 per piece. Prince of Travel Agency LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage to luggage and personal belongings, you MUST report any loss or damage immediately at the time of the incident and obtain a written report from the local authority for submission to your insurance provider.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS - All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple and quad occupancy rooms consist of two beds for cruises, whereas triple and quad rooms will consist of a twin bed for each person. Some single rooms are smaller than the standard room sizes. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5-star hotels, the use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months. All hotel rates are based on Prince of Travel Agency LLC agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.
HOTEL & CRUISE PROFILES - Prince of Travel Agency LLC hotel and cruise ship profiles are based upon information provided to Prince of Travel Agency LLC by hotel and cruise ship partners and their representatives, including images and descriptions of individual properties. Star ratings may differ from country to country. Prince of Travel Agency LLC does its best to maintain current information, however is not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or images provided by third parties.
MEALS - As specified in each itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated. Although Prince of Travel Agency LLC cannot make guarantees, every effort will be made to honor special dietary requests submitted in writing at least 4 weeks prior to departure at info@princeoftravelagency.com
TRANSFERS - Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is purchased from Prince of Travel Agency LLC. If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the responsibility to purchase your own transfer to the hotel. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. Prince of Travel Agency LLC or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility. The cost of a transfer is more expensive than hiring a taxi, as a Prince of Travel Agency LLC transfer necessarily includes round trip service, or 'dead-leg', meaning that our driver must come to the airport, hotel or pier only to pick you up and necessarily loses a one-way fare. Often the places of call (airports, seaports, hotels) demand entrance and parking fees, where drivers may have to wait for up to an hour. Prince of Travel Agency LLC transfer drivers, while not employees Prince of Travel Agency LLC, are reliable. They provide you with a full welcome service, transfer you to the correct location and are prepared to answer your questions along your ride. Passengers comfortable hiring a taxi on their own and do not require assistance will save money.
RECOMMENDED TIPPING - Tipping guidelines are as follows:
- Drivers including private cars and motorcoach drivers: $5-$10 per person, per day
- Tour Guides: $10-$20 per person, per day
SIGHTSEEING & ITINERARY - This Will be operated by motor vehicle, its size dictated by the number of participants. Prince of Travel Agency LLC tours have been designed to accommodate individuals as well as groups. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. Some itineraries may have early morning start times for sightseeing in order to complete the touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in tropical and desert climates. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights, cruises, and package components. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in which case you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s). We cannot guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. You may find that you are traveling with a sizeable group or only with your own companions. Services, however, will remain constant no matter the number of tour participants. Persons requiring any assistance or who have any form of disability should refer to section "Travelers With Disabilities". On dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, in affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited, and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of a similar category. In such cases, there will be no cost adjustment. National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument's view. No tour will be canceled due to renovations, however, Prince of Travel Agency LLC will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary. Prince of Travel Agency LLC itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for your leisure time; these suggestions do not constitute an endorsement of any specific service provider and the decision to participate in any such activities should be made independently and with due consideration.
RAIL - Once full payment is received, Prince of Travel Agency LLC will select train times, rail tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable. Except where requested in writing prior to final payment. Passengers traveling with a group may not request alternative train times. Once issued, rail tickets are valid for the dates and times specified. Some exchanges must be done locally at the station due to fare restrictions. Changes may be subject to local charges, fees, and fare increases. Once the booked train has departed, changes are no longer possible nor can amendments be completed on board the train. Prince of Travel Agency LLC does not control seat assignments which are entirely at the discretion of the rail companies. Once rail tickets are issued they are fully non-refundable and non-changeable.
CRUISES: Ship & Itinerary Changes - Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, cruise ships may be chartered and/or departure dates canceled, in which case all monies will be refunded. Prince of Travel Agency LLC takes no responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes imposed by a cruise line and is not responsible for any losses you may incur including the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees.
CRUISES: Medical Services - Many ships do not carry a doctor or nurse on board. Should medical attention be required, local services will be contacted. The resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. Prince of Travel Agency LLC and the cruise ship operator are not responsible for the services provided.
DELAYS - Travelers who are delayed for whatever reason are responsible for notifying Prince of Travel Agency LLC of their situation and communicating regularly with us as to their anticipated arrival time. Delayed travelers are responsible for joining the group as soon as possible and at their own expense if their arrival occurs after the last scheduled transfer.
MEDICAL HISTORY FORM - Information about medications, dietary, emergency contact, etc. is required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date. This information is held in confidence and is only used in case of an emergency. If the traveler's medical information is not received 30 days before travel, the traveler will not receive Final Travel Information until the information is provided.
ITINERARY CHANGES - Itineraries are subject to change. In the event there is an itinerary change, comparable lodging, meals and activities will be provided.
GROUP HARMONY/INVOLUNTARY / VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE FROM A HOSTED GROUP TRIP IN PROGRESS - To ensure the desired group synergy, Prince of Travel Agency LLC reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable. If a traveler voluntarily chooses to leave a group trip prior to its scheduled conclusion, Prince of Travel Agency LLC will not refund any monies for the unused portion of the travel arrangements. Transportation costs from the group trip departure point to the airport, airline penalties, and any other expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler.
USE OF THIRD-PARTY OPERATORS - Some Prince of Travel Agency LLC, as noted in the itinerary, are scheduled with tour operators who sell their tours to the public. The traveler acknowledges that other groups and/or individuals may be a part of the same tour.
UNLESS SET FORTH IN WRITING, AIRLINE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAVEL PLANS. In such an event, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make appropriate air arrangements, as well as transportation to and from the destination where the travel booking originates and returns. Prince of Travel Agency LLC shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. In rare instances, upon departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only and may vary in price. Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS - We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be posted here on this website and are effective immediately on posting. Please check frequently, especially before you use this website, to see if these Terms changed. Use of the website after any changes to the Terms constitutes your consent to the changes.
PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS - Prince of Travel Agency LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Prince of Travel Agency LLC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Prince of Travel Agency LLC, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Prince of Travel Agency LLC in writing at info@princeoftravelagency.com of his/her intentions and include a photograph.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in El Paso County, Colorado, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with Prince of Travel Agency LLC, including the use of the Prince of Travel Agency Web site. Use of the Prince of Travel Agency LLC Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and agreement shall continue in effect. These Terms and Conditions (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Prince of Travel Agency LLC with respect to travel bookings made with Prince of Travel Agency LLC by any means accessing such information, including its Web site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between Client and Prince of Travel Agency LLC with respect to communications with Prince of Travel Agency LLC, including the Prince of Travel Agency Web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Prince of Travel Agency LLC and agree of my own free will. By signing, I agree to these Terms & Conditions and Prince of Travel Agency LLC release from liability, assumption of risk, and binding arbitration clause for myself, each member of my traveling party, and any minor children accompanying me.

I have read this entire Agreement, and I am signing it freely. I understand that this is a legally binding contract. No other representations concerning the legal effect of this document have been made to me.
