BAG Travel is pleased to assist you with your travel arrangements. This policy outlines key terms regarding cancellations, changes, and traveler responsibilities. Throughout this policy, “BAG Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to BAG Travel, and “you” refers to the traveler making the reservation.
Cancellations & Changes
Travel reservations may be subject to cancellation or change penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other suppliers. If you cancel, change your booking, miss a flight, or fail to travel for any reason, you may forfeit part or all of the amounts paid. BAG Travel does not control supplier penalty policies and cannot waive them.
Note: The itinerary is subject to change at any time due to operational needs, weather conditions, supplier availability, acts of nature, governmental or political actions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond BAG Travel’s control.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
To protect your travel investment, purchasing travel insurance is recommended for all travel reservations.

Travel Insurance Waiver Requirement
If you choose not to purchase travel insurance through BAG Travel, you will be issued a Travel Insurance Waiver Form.
➡️ This waiver MUST be signed and returned no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Failure to return the signed waiver by the required deadline may result in booking cancellation or suspension at BAG Travel’s discretion. Final travel documents (including tickets and vouchers) will not be released until the waiver requirement is satisfied.
By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge that you assume full financial responsibility for all cancellation penalties, losses, and out-of-pocket expenses.
Insurance Limitations
BAG Travel is not responsible for trip cancellations, interruptions, illnesses, or losses related to COVID-19, Zika, or any other virus, outbreak, or medical condition. Government advisories or CDC warnings do not qualify as grounds for penalty-free cancellation. Any reimbursements, refunds, or credits are governed solely by the terms of the insurance provider’s policy.
Travel Documents & Airport Arrival
Travelers are responsible for ensuring all identification, passport details, and names provided match official government-issued documents exactly. BAG Travel is not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding, delays, or cancellations resulting from incorrect documentation.
You must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure. Failure to do so is solely the traveler’s responsibility.
