Your Accommodations....
 
Accommodations will be provided  at a private gated residence procured exclusively and fully by XTD Travel Club for this amazing Havana Experience.   Each guest will have his/her own bed but may share a room with another guest.   The property  has a private pool, jacuzzi and WIFI.  We have also hired a private chef to cook breakfast for all guest  daily and a few select other meals.

  •  IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
 
 
  • XTD does NOT ISSUE REFUNDS . For this reason, XTD Travel Club HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that guest procure travel insurance via our complimentary travel insurance portal on our website HERE Note: Please review your travel insurance booking options thoroughly to determine the "BEST" type of insurance policy for you (i.e. cancel for any reason vs one of the other policy types).   XTD Travel Club does NOT recommend which insurance policy you should buy in the event you purchase travel insurance.  As such, it is important that you read all of the policy benefits  and understand the type of policy you considering when comparing policies and where in doubt or if you have policy specific questions, please contact the travel insurance provider directly.
 
  • A passport and Visa are required to travel to Havana. Please visit this link for all the information you need to procure your passport.  if you do not currently have a passport or your passport has expired, please note that the current processing time for passports is 4 to 6 wks.   Expedited passport processing time is currently running 2 to 4 wks.  For more information on passports go HERE.
 
  •  Traveling abroad requires a passport be valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before November 1, 2023 and you must have at least (2) blank pages in your passport. Otherwise, you MUST apply to renew and receive your renewed passport prior to departing for this trip. 
 
  • During check-in at your hotel, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.
 
  • PAYMENTS: We use third party payment processing companies to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit cards.
 
  • For this trip, guest have the option of having their monthly installment payments automatically deducted in equal installments from your credit/debit card from your bank via an option you can select on your invoice once your trip has been booked. 

 

  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, XTD Travel Club reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
 
  • If you have a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Havana on April 24, 2023. You should also schedule your return flight for May 1 , 2023.
 
  • A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel
 
  • A private Facebook group for this trip will be created in March 2023. Important Travel information about this trip will be posted in the Facebook group.  As such, travel club members booked for this trip should join the Facebook group.
 
Important  Cuba Visa Information
 
  • Cuba Travel Services is the vendor that XTD Travel Club recommends that you use to purchase your visa.  However, you may use any company that you desire to purchase your Visa.   
  • Note, in order to purchase your visa, you will need to have booked your flights.  As you can't apply for your visa without your flight information if you are purchasing your visa online. 
  • If you have other questions about your visa for Cuba, you can go to  the  Cuba Travel Services website and send them visa  questions directly and they will email you back with a response usually within 48 hours.

Cancellation policy:

Please complete the XTD Travel Club Cancellation Request Form  to initiate the cancellation process.  Your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: You have the right to cancel your vacation should you elect to do so.  However, completion of the Cancellation Request Form in no way entitles you to a refund. As XTD Travel Club as a NO REFUND PAYMENT policy.  Once your cancellation request has been completed, an email to acknowledge that your cancellation request has been completed will be sent to your email address on record.

​XTD Travel Club has adopted this policy to ensure that we are able to book the best vacations, in amazing locations with phenomenal excursions and other benefits.  Clients are also HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance for your vacation.  So that in the event a "covered reason" occurs, your vacation investment will be covered.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGE-BACK POLICY: If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a charge-back with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issue that you might have.  By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that charge-backs are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such charge-backs as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any charge-back and reserve the right to report fraudulent charge-backs to authorities. Should we win any charge-back that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs and expenses in rebutting the charge-back.
