1. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DESIGNATED AIRPORT FOR THIS FESTIVAL IS KOTOKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ACC)
 **AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE**

2. ALL INCLUDED TRANSFERS MUST BE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT (ACC) AND THE HOTEL. NO EXTRA STOPS WILL BE MADE DUE TO INSURANCE REGULATIONS
 
3. A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS AFTER THE TRIP DATES IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL
 
4. ALL PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE
 
5. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS MONUMENTAL TRIP. THE ONLY WAY TO BE REFUNDED FOR ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS MADE TOWARDS YOUR PACKAGE IS THROUGH YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE. IN ORDER TO ADD CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR) TO YOUR POLICY, MOST AGENCIES REQUIRE YOU TO ACTIVATE YOUR POLICY WITHIN 14-21 DAYS OF YOUR BOOKING                                                                                                                                        

6. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE ON TIME MONTHLY PAYMENTS TOWARDS THEIR BALANCE.  BOOKINGS CAN ALSO BE PAID IN FULL WITH ONE PAYMENT. ANY PAYMENT PLAN CHANGES MUST BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL (AFROSOULFEST@GMAIL.COM) ATTN: INVOICING DEPT
 
7. IF 2 CONSECUTIVE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE MISSED WITHOUT CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL  (AFROSOULFEST@GMAIL.COM) YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED. A $100 PROCESSING FEE WILL BE ACCESSED TO YOUR RESERVATION FOR REINSTATEMENT (BASED UPON AVAILABILITY)
 
8. MONTHLY PAYMENTS MADE MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL INCUR A $25 LATE FEE
 
9. ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JANUARY 25TH 2025
 
10. ALL BALANCES OWED AFTER JANUARY 31ST 2025  WILL BE ACCESSED A $150 FEE
 
11. ANY REQUESTED CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST  2024 WILL INCUR A $100 PROCESSING FEE
 
12. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR BOOKING WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL (DECEMBER 2ND 2024)
 
13. AS OF RIGHT NOW ONLY THE YELLOW FEVER VACCINE IS NEEDED TO SECURE YOUR GHANA VISA

Double Occupancy Rooms

 It is of the utmost importance that you find A DEPENDABLE ROOMMATE. 
Ideally you and your roommate should register together. If one person registers first
the second roommate  MUST REGISTER WITHIN 30 DAYS therafter. 
You must ensure your roommate is also making monthly payments on time in order to maintain your selected occupancy rate. 

If one roommate cancels before The Afro Soul Fest in Ghana takes place, the remaining roommate has 45 days to find a replacement. If they don’t find a replacement roommate they will be charged the balance owed by their roommate in addition. If they choose not to pay the balance owed, their reservation will be canceled, and they will need to seek a refund through their travel insurance.
