Booking Instructions:

We are thrilled to have you join the exclusive Fuse Family Cruise sailing aboard Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas®! Please read these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth booking process. The Group has elected Early Dining to be seated together.

✨ Important Note: Our Exclusive Group Pricing is based on double occupancy staterooms (OceanView Balcony, Ocean View and Interior).

  • This is sensitive information required to complete the booking of your vacation. You are assuming all responsibilities if an error or omission occurs.
  • Traveler(s) full name and date of birth MUST match the travel documents you are going to use for travel.
  • Passports must be valid 6 months after the return of travel and/or government-issued state ID and certified birth certificate. 
  • Royal Caribbean's BOGO60 Promotion and 3rd and 4th Guest savings are included
 
Required to complete booking:
1. Select the number of travelers (Drop down)
  • Choose (2) for double occupancy to secure group rates.
2. Select your package (room category)
3. Add extra options (select all that apply)
4. Add traveler(s) information

  • Full name and date of birth must match travel documents.

  • Passports must be valid at least 6 months after your return date.

  • If using a government-issued ID and certified birth certificate, ensure both are valid and legible.
5. Authorize payment 

  • Select either full payment or deposit option (if available).

  • If paying by deposit, you may log back into your invoice to make weekly, monthly, or final payments before the due date noted on your invoice.

  • Monthly payment reminders will be emailed on the 27th of each month until final payment is paid in full.

 

Please note: Make sure all traveler(s) list their roommate(s) name. Make sure all travelers select the same room category. All travelers need to complete registration and deposit on the same day.
