Room & Pricing Details

  • All room rates are based on double occupancy.
    When two adults are in the room, with  children (17 & under at time of travel) may qualify under the same base rate.
  • Pricing will increase for additional adults added to the room outside of two.
 

Deposits & Payment Plan

  • All travelers will be automatically enrolled in auto pay, for a monthly payment schedule.
  • Missed monthly payments may result in late fees or cancelation as stated in Movacay Terms and Conditions.
  • Travelers may request to opt out of AutoPay after their booking has been confirmed by submitting a written request via email to Customerservice@Movacay.com. Requests to opt out of AutoPay must be approved and confirmed by Movacay in writing.
  • The Group Deposit:
    • Is required to secure your spot in the group
    • Traveler filling out information/ main traveler, must match the card on file for the deposit.
    • It is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Booking outside of the group will result in exclusion from all group events, activities and private functions.
  • Once your room deposit is submitted, you will receive a confirmation, and a welcome email to follow.
  • If you would like to extend your trip dates, you may request for extended dates on the check out form. Extending your trip will increase your price and Movacay will share the new price with you.(You can only extend, not shorten the group trip.)
  • The promotional deposit of $99.00 Per person. It is an early bird and only for a limited time.
  • Final Payment Deadline: May 1st 2027
 

Trip Reminders

  • Travel Insurance ( Strongly Recommended):
    Protect your travel investment in case of unexpected changes or cancellations.
    Suggested providers: Allianz, Travel Guard, Travelex, Berkshire Hathaway
  • Passport Requirement:
    A valid passport is required for this trip and must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

This transportation will provided pending your submit your flights details on time. 
End-to-end luxury with our private round-trip transportation that will commute you airport to resort and vice versa, on a fully-equipped SUV with WiFi, bottled water and soft drinks. Usually up to 4/ 5 people.  One only person needs to book this transportation is 4/5 people are sharing.
