Terms and Conditions
Please read the following important information carefully. By placing your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to adhere to these terms.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All bookings are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Options:
- Full Payment: You can choose to pay the full amount upfront.
- Monthly Payments: Monthly payment plans are available. The schedule is detailed on the last page and will be sent via invoice monthly, seven days before the due date.

Late Fees:
- A $25 late fee is applied if payments are not received within three days after the due date.
- If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, your trip may be canceled based on our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for this trip. We recommend Allianz. PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE HERE.
- Gratuities: Tips and gratuities are not included in the package price.
