Contract Terms & Conditions
Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. If your selected room is sold out, you will receive an email to select another room category.
Rates are estimates and subject to change until the deposit is received. If the rate changes, you will be notified by email.
A valid passport is required for travel and must not expire within 6 months of the return date. You may reserve without a passport, but one is required to travel.
All payments are non-refundable for any reason optional insurance can be purchased.
Deposit amounts:
$100 per person (land-only)
$300 per person (with airfare)
After paying your deposit, you may pay monthly payments until the final payment due date.
Name changes or corrections incur a $100 change fee.
If you book double or triple occupancy and your roommate cancels, you will be moved to the higher occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is added.
Replacing a roommate requires a $100 name change fee, which must be paid before the change is made. Names can not be changes on airfare.
All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your statement by clicking “Ask a Question.” or email Celeste@caribbeantravelqueen.com
Phone calls and text messages will not be accepted.
A $100 change/cancellation fee applies to all changes made after the contract is signed and deposit is paid.
The fee must be paid before any changes are processed.
You will receive an email confirmation with a payment link once your request is received.

By providing my credit card information and or turning on the autopay feature, I authorize Caribbean Travel Queen to charge the credit card, debit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice including the mandatory credit card transaction fee. I understand that all payments made to Caribbean Travel Queen are non-refundable for ANY REASON unless the trip is canceled by Caribbean Travel Queen Or Dragonfly lounge. I am confirming that I was offered the option to purchase insurance from an independent insurance company. I understand that if canceled I am required to email my cancellation request to Caribbean Travel Queen and contact the insurance company to submit a claim. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. If a false dispute is made I will be responsible to pay Caribbean Travel Queen, LLC for ALL fees, including legal fees and or bank fees that will incur in pursuing and recovering the funds for the false dispute.
