An unforgettable learning experience in the world of perfume-making awaits you at Fragonard. You can discover how a perfumer - or “nose” - masters the art of fragrance creation while learning about the history of the perfume. You will see which raw materials are used and how they are extracted. By the end of the workshop and with the help of one of those perfumers, you will be able to compose your own eau de Cologne (100 ml) and customize it with aromatic notes, citrus notes, and orange blossom. A fascinating experience... This workshop is given by a professional. Each group is welcomed with a guided tour of our factory or museum led by guides fluent in major foreign languages.

Originating in the 16th century and greatly admired by Queen Catherine de Medici, macarons saw their glory days in royal extravagance. Over the centuries, their popularity waned until recently, in the early 21st century, when a pastry chef, Pierre Hermé, revived their trendiness with creativity and skill.
Today, macarons represent an emblem of French patisserie, evolving with seasons, flavours, and colours, showcasing various delightful facets of our culture! During the 1h and a half long class, you'll do the role of a pastry chef, creating your personalized macarons with your favourite colours and flavours from start to finish!
