DAY 1 - TRIP DEPARTURE

Travel from the US to France.  Your travel will be based on your preferred departure city.

 

     

DAY 2 - ARRIVAL PARIS

Welcome to Paris, France!

Sunday

You will be met by our private English-speaking assistant and transferred to your hotel for standard check-in.  
 Standard check-in @3pm. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

After check-in at your hotel, the balance of the day is at leisure to explore Paris, the magnificent capital of France. Packed with monuments, museums, art, nightlife, eateries, and shops, Paris remains - despite all the cliches - one of the most inspiring cities in the world. 

 

       

 DAY 3 - Discover Paris Tour/River Cruise

Breakfast at your hotel.  

Today we have arranged an amazing full day to discover Paris with our private English-speaking guide. The below description gives the main sites that you will see during this guided tour, the Arc de Triomphe, Opera House, Champs-Elysees, Notre Dame Cathedral, and much more.

Then in the evening enjoy a cruise on the river Seine. It will take you past the most spectacular Paris sights that line the river bank. Admire breathtaking views of the Grand and Petit Palais, Orsay Museum, and the Paris Island (Ile de la Cité) to name but a few. 

         

DAY 4 - Day of Leisure

Breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to the Train Station for your journey to Avignon (2nd class TGV from Paris to Avignon). Upon arrival meet your guide and head to the hotel for check-in.

DAY 6- Avignon City Tour/River Cruise

Breakfast at your hotel.  Later your guide will take you inside the Pope's Palace, the largest Gothic palace in Europe. Immerse yourself in this maze of galleries, chambers, and chapels. Then later in the afternoon enjoy a one-hour cruise on the Rhone River, before ending the day with a nice dinner in a local restaurant.

DAY 7- AVIGNON TO NICE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the Train Station for your journey to (2nd class TGV to Nice). Upon arrival meet your guide and head to hotel for check-in.

DAY 8- Cote D' Azur/Monaco and Monte-Carlo

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.  After breakfast this morning, enjoy a full-day excursion along the Cote d'Azur. A world of romantic hill towns with cobblestone streets leading to modest hamlets and ancient chateaux waiting for you. During this tour, you will visit Monaco City and Monte-Carlo.

MAKING PERFUME CLASS

An unforgettable learning experience in the world of perfume-making awaits you at Fragonard. You can discover how a perfumer - or “nose” - masters the art of fragrance creation while learning about the history of the perfume. You will see which raw materials are used and how they are extracted. By the end of the workshop and with the help of one of those perfumers, you will be able to compose your own eau de Cologne (100 ml) and customize it with aromatic notes, citrus notes, and orange blossom. A fascinating experience... This workshop is given by a professional. Each group is welcomed with a guided tour of our factory or museum led by guides fluent in major foreign languages.
