According to the Finance Law of the Municipality of Benito Juarez, all customers will have to pay the Environmental Sanitation fee directly at the resort costing 26MXN or 1.41USD per room or suite/per night (this fee is not included in the quoted pricing).

Important Update:
Please be aware that effective April 1st, 2021, a new Mexican Government usage fee will be applied to all international visitors over the age of 15, entering Quintana Roo.Visitors will be required to pay a fee of approximately $10 USD (depending on the exchange rate). This fee can be paid prior to arrival, upon arrival, or during the visitor's stay. Payment terminals will be set up at the airport or payment can be made via this web link.
When visitors have concluded their stay in Quintana Roo, they must show their receipt at the airport prior to boarding their return flight home.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments made to JEK TRAVELS are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JEK TRAVELS has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing your money that you paid for said vacation something else. We require Travel insurance on our JEK Adventures as funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process.
Terms & Conditions:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments made to JEK TRAVELS are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JEK TRAVELS has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Travel insurance is not included in this package, it is highly recommended. We will be happy to add it to your package for an additional fee.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Name on invoice must match passport.
- Monthly payments are REQUIRED to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- Payments not received by close of business day on your payment schedule due date will incur an automatic $30 late fee.
- Late payment requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@jektravelsllc.com.
- Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
- Name change from $200 per person. Resort may deny name changes at its discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
