- $100 per cabin group reservation processing and support fee one time charge- this insures you're part of the group and will receive group amenities, onboard credit of $50 per cabin if applicable, communication, support and any special perks, amenities, etc. (fee will be charged separately after your cabin is reserved)
- Onboard gratuities of $14.50 per person per day that can be paid onboard (subject to change by cruise line)

Q. Can I cruise if I am pregnant or have an infant?
A. Cruise lines will not allow infants under 6 months of age at time of sailing to board as well as women that are pregnant and have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise. All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire at check-in to ensure they are aware of our pregnancy policy.
1) Make a separate reservation for each cabin
2) Click "Book Now" next to your stateroom category choice and add in the number of travelers for that cabin
3) Complete your form along with the Additional Travelers forms and proceed to payment
Please note:
- Your credit card will not be charged immediately until we secure the cabin of your choice
- Future Cruise Credits with Royal Caribbean can be applied to your booking - just ask or mention in comments section of your traveler profile
- Once you submit your form, we will be in touch within 24 hours to book your cruise, questions or offer options based on your requests
- Cabin occupancy is maximum of 4 guests, but some larger family cabins and VIP suites can accommodate up to 6 guests (please contact us if need information about this as it may be more economical to book connecting/adjacent cabins for large families of 4 or more guests)
- All Cabins must have an adult age 21 and over unless it is a connecting or adjacent cabin to parents or adult guardians 21 or over

Travel Documents Checklist (subject to change)
You’ll need to have the following documents when you arrive to board the ship.
- A Passport Book or Passport Card, valid for at least six months after your cruise, is strongly recommended. If you do not have a Passport, you may present a state-certified U.S. Birth Certificate (not a "baby feet" hospital certificate or baptismal paper). Guests aged 16 and older that present a Birth Certificate will also need to provide a valid Driver's License or picture ID issued by the government.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with the final dose of your vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. This is a requirement for all guests aged 12 and older. Kids aged 5 to 11 who have been fully vaccinated may present proof of vaccination and follow the protocols for vaccinated guests.
- COVID-19 Test Result: Vaccinated guests aged 12 and older must show a negative COVID-19 test result for a PCR or antigen test taken no more than 2 days before boarding. Kids aged 5 to 11 who have been vaccinated may present proof of full vaccination and follow the testing protocols for vaccinated guests. - Health Questionnaire to be completed on our Royal Caribbean App the day before you board
- Different Family Last Names: Should the last names of the parent and minor child traveling with them differ, the parent is required to present the child's valid passport and visa (if required) and the child's birth certificate (original, a notarized copy or a certified copy). The name of the parent(s) and the child must be linked through legal documentation.
- Unrelated Children: Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor traveling with them must present an original notarized letter signed by the child's parent(s), authorizing the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered

FYI, if final payment is not made by the noted date, we will attempt to contact you. However, if we are unable to contact you and payment has still not been made in a timely manner your reservations may automatically cancel without notice and cancellation penalties will apply. An administrative fee of $150 will apply to reinstate the reservation plus any increase in cruise fare.
