COVID 19 Testing Guideline
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has announced that as of January 26, 2021 at 12:01am EST, that all international airline passengers two years of age or older will be required to present documentation of a negative COVID-19 viral test result (either a nucleic acid amplification test or a rapid antigen test) or show proof of positive viral test in the past 3 months and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating you were cleared to travel, in order to board and fly into the U.S.
The testing must be done within 3 calendar days of your journey back to the U.S. (if you are connecting, the test needs to be performed within 3 calendar days of your first flight, as long as you have no layover of more than 24 hours).
As of January 26, 2021, many resorts are covering the test, otherwise it is at the traveler's expense and must be presented to your airline at time of check-in.

COVID 19 Travel Advisory
As travel opens up around the world, all destinations, airports, air carriers, hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, car rental companies, shops and excursions have established COVID-19 safety measures and precautions which may change from day to day. These safety measures may include but are not limited to curfews, attraction closings and reduced hours, size of group gatherings, social distancing requirements, health screenings and self-quarantine requirements. In addition, you must follow CDC guidelines and the recommendations of health officials. Please note that any public location where people have been or are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and Prissi Travels cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your vacation. By traveling, you agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with your vacation. Any and all additional costs will be your sole responsibility.

Keep in mind the following:
- All pricing is based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted in your selection
- Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
- Rates are not guaranteed until your registration & payment is received and processed. Prices are subject to change until the per person deposit has been received
- Prices quoted for include listed components, please contact agent to add on additional components - upgrades and additions will have an additional costs.
- Room/view upgrades and custom packages are available, contact Prissi to identify your needs
- The Price of your flight cannot be reduced, adjusted once deposited. Flight changes come with a fee.
- Deposits are nonrefundable, please review terms & conditions and consider travel protection
- Without Travel Protection traveller is responsible for all penalty, change, and cancellation fees.
- If Double or Triple Occupancy is selected as your package, each guests must pay their deposit payment within 24 hours of the first initial traveler deposit payment has been received. If not, the total package price will be adjusted to number of travelers who paid their deposit.
- The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate.
- Room assignments are at the hotel's discretion and can change at any time. Prissi Travels can not guarantee room locations or bedding accommodations.
- Prissi Travels will not be responsible for flight changes, delays, or cancellations. These are things beyond our control.
- Itinerary and Confirmation email will go out at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.
- Transportation services are only provided for travelers flying into PUJ airport code.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or before final payment is due, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] Pre-Departure Waiver
The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on VPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or by 9am the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings.
Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. Email request for price drop adjustment to pricedrop@vacationexpress.com and include current screen shot including same hotel, room category and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.
Please Note: VPP+ is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or for Traditional/Contracted Groups.
