Cancellations

• October 31, 2025: Deposits become fully non-refundable.

• 60+ days prior to departure: 50% refund of total reservation price minus deposit paid.

• 59–30 days prior to departure: 25% refund of total reservation price minus deposit paid.

• 30 days or less prior to departure: No refund will be given.

• Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.

• No credits or refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or unused services, as accommodations and costs are based on total group size.

Reservation & Deposits

• A non-refundable initial deposit of $500 per person for Puglia and $250 per person for Amalfi Coast is required to secure a reservation. Deposits are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

• Once 10 guests are registered on or before October 31, 2025, an additional non-refundable deposit of $1,000 for Puglia and $600 for Amalfi Coast will be due.

• After October 31, 2025, all deposits become fully non-refundable.

Minimum Group Size & Pricing Adjustments

• Pricing is based on a minimum of 10 paying guests.

• If the group falls below 10 guests before October 31, 2025, you will be notified of any price increase and may cancel without penalty.

• If the group falls below 10 guests after November 1, 2025, Brindisina Travel and Pure Studios reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or reprice the trip to reflect the smaller group size. Guests will be notified of changes before implementation.

Payment Schedule

1. October 31, 2025 – Deposits due (25% of total trip cost). Becomes non-refundable after this date.

2. February 1, 2026 – 50% of total trip cost due.

3. June 1, 2026 – Remaining 25% due.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable after October 31, 2025, subject to the cancellation schedule above.

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, voluntary or involuntary.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered at booking to protect against unexpected cancellations or emergencies.

Responsibility & Liability Waiver

• Brindisina Travel, Canyon Lake Travel, and affiliated guides, agents, and contractors (collectively “Company”) act only as independent contractors for hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, and other suppliers.

• The Company assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense caused by acts or defaults of third-party suppliers or by acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our control.

• By submitting deposit and/or final payment, traveler acknowledges and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Brindisina Travel, Canyon Lake Travel, and its representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury, illness, property damage, delay, or other loss arising from participation in this trip.

Travel Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Italy, including passports, visas (if applicable), vaccinations, and other travel documents.

• Failure to comply with entry requirements will not warrant a refund.

Acceptance of Terms

• Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
