ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS FOR MEXICO
Passports must be valid through November 11, 2021 to be able to travel. You will also need TWO blank pages in your passport to travel.
As of 10/31/2020, Cancun is open for US tourists. A negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into the country, however there are health screening procedures in place at the airport. For more information regarding traveling to Mexico and evolving requirements due to COVID, please visit this link for updated information under the Entry and Exit Requirements section.
While there aren’t restrictions traveling to Mexico at this time, there may be quarantine restrictions from your home state upon return into the US. As of 10/31/2020 there are a handful of states that have requirements. It is the traveler’s responsibility to monitor their specific state laws/requirements to understand if they will have to adhere to any quarantine procedures when they return home. To find more information regarding your specific situation, visit your department of health’s website and review the COVID-19 travel advisory information on your state’s health department site.

When you (and your roommate/s) are ready to make your deposits, please click the link below and complete the deposit form. If you are rooming with someone, both deposits will have to be paid in order to secure your reservation.
Change & Cancellation Policy
Please note, once deposits are made, you are locked in with roommates. There is a $200/reservation Cultured Vacations fee for any changes (i.e. changing room type, changing names (i.e Jenn was roommate – can no longer go – now Brandi is my roommate) + any additional fees that the travel suppliers implement.
Travel protection is included and allows you to cancel your trip for any reason, as long as it’s 48 hours prior to travel. We understand things happen sometimes and your trip is no longer feasible. If you need to cancel your reservation, please submit your cancellation in writing via email to jenn@culturedvacations.com. There is a $149/person cancellation fee that will be charged to start the cancellation process. All funds paid, less the cost of the insurance and the cancellation fee will be reimbursed to you within 90 days of your cancellation notice. Please keep in mind, if you are in a roommate situation and you are cancelling, the remaining roommate will then move to single occupancy rate and will be required to pay the current single occupancy rate at the time the change is made (which is more money).
