You will be staying at the wonderful Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos. Le Blanc Spa and Resort is an ultra-luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive resort located along the breathtaking coastline of Los Cabos, Mexico. Known for its sophisticated atmosphere, personalized butler service, gourmet dining, and stunning oceanfront views, Le Blanc offers a five-star experience designed for relaxation, connection, and celebration.

From serene infinity pools overlooking the Sea of Cortez to world-class spa experiences, top-tier restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, this resort creates the perfect setting for a luxurious girls’ escape.

As you all gather for The Wife Social Club Summer Escape, everyone will be staying together at this beautiful resort while enjoying a weekend full of fun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

This booking form has been created to collect deposits and secure room selections for your group. All pricing is based on double occupancy per room, and the rates listed are per person.

Please note that both you and your roommate must complete the booking form before your room can be confirmed and payment processed.

If you are interested in single occupancy, please contact Kierrah directly for updated pricing.

Rates are subject to change until a deposit is received, so we strongly encourage booking early to lock in the best available rate.

When submitting your booking, please ensure all required information is completed accurately, including your roommate's details. We also recommend beginning your flight arrangements as early as possible, as airfare tends to increase closer to travel dates.

Cancellation Policy

To request cancellations or make changes to your reservation, please contact Kierrah with your booking details.

Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the resort’s policies.

Refunds (if applicable) are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Booking & Payments

How do I secure my spot for the trip?

Complete the booking form and submit your $50 deposit to secure your room. Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received.

When is the deadline to make my deposit?

Deposits should be submitted by April 30 to secure your spot and lock in pricing.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can typically be made via credit or debit card after submitting your booking form.

Can I make payments, or do I have to pay in full?

Yes! Payment plans are available, allowing you to make installments before the final payment deadline.

Do you offer any additional payment plans (Klarna, Flexpay, or Affirm)?  

Yes! This is also an option for those who would like a monthly payment plan that extends beyond the trip. Typically comes with a small credit check, and interest is applied. If interested, please choose the "Flex Pay" Option on your form when it is time to select a payment method, and Kierrah will reach out to you to start the application process. 

Is my deposit refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable.

Room & Accommodation Details

Are single-occupancy rooms available?

Yes! Pricing on the booking form is based on double occupancy, but single occupancy rooms may be available at a higher rate.

Can I upgrade my room?

Yes. Premium room categories may be available for an additional cost.

Can I request double beds? 

Yes. Double beds are made upon request and given based on availability at the time of check-in. To secure a double bed, certain upgraded rooms are available as well. Please reach out to Kierrah for additional information. 

What amenities are included at Le Blanc Los Cabos?

No. Airfare is not included.

Guests are responsible for booking their own flights.

When should I book my flight?

Flights should ideally be booked by May 30 to secure the best pricing.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please notify Kierrah so we can assist with coordinating arrival details.

Excursions are optional but highly recommended while visiting Cabo.

Purchasing Flights

As your travel professional, I help you find the best flights and provide guidance, but I do not personally book airline tickets.

This is intentional because if there are issues like delays, cancellations, or schedule changes, it is always faster for you to work directly with the airline.

Of course, I am always here to advise, recommend flights, and answer questions throughout the process.

Vacation Protection Plan [VPP] with Pre-Departure Waiver

Pre-Departure Waiver and the following non-insurance services are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment due date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:

Vacation Express exclusive non-stop flight packages and hotel only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled-air packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the hotel portion less the VPP plan cost along with the airline ticket numbers and be advised of the ticket cost. If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use. Travelers can use the cost of the airline ticket, less the airline change fee [up to $250 per ticket] to purchase a new ticket to:

  • The same Vacation Express destination on same carrier
  • A different Vacation Express destination on same carrier
  • Any destination that the issuing carrier serves. This option requires contacting the issuing airline directly for reservations.
Non-refundable hotel rooms are not eligible to receive a refund or voucher if VPP or VPP+ are purchased. You must select VPI for this room type to be eligible for coverage.

 

Each airline carrier has different rules on rebooking travel, we recommend contacting the airline immediately to ensure you have the most updated information.

VPP Voucher Information:

  • Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
  • The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
  • Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
  • VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
  • Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
  • Please check with your airline for their specific requirements.

 

Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment due date. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.

A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment due date and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. If you cancel or interrupt your vacation due to an unforeseen, covered reason listed in your policy, benefits may be reimbursed up to 100% of the cost of your trip for unused, prepaid non-refundable travel arrangements. If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive your refund.
