Cabin Pricing & Traveler Info

The price listed is per cabin — not per person.

If two travelers are selected at checkout, the system will automatically divide the total cabin cost in half. This does not change the total price, but ensures that:

  • Personal information forms are generated for each traveler

  • All required guest details are collected for a smooth booking experience

Please select the correct number of travelers (1 or 2) to make sure everything is processed accurately.

Cabin Occupancy Guidelines

Each cabin type has a strict maximum occupancy. Please select your room based on your party size:

  • Solo Insider Cabin (Limited Inventory)– Max 1 guest

  • Solo Sea View Cabin (Limited Inventory) - Max 1 guest (NEW)

  • Insider Cabin – Max 2 guests

  • Sea View Cabin – Max 2 guests

  • Sea Terrace Cabin – Max 2 guests

  • Suites (by request only) – Max 4 guests

If your group exceeds a cabin’s capacity, you will need to either:

  • Book multiple cabins, or

  • Request a suite upgrade (based on availability)

Passport or Birth Certificate — What You Need to Know

For this closed-loop cruise (departing and returning to the same U.S. port), guests are not required to have a passport to board. You may sail with:

  • An original or certified copy of your birth certificate, AND

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license)

However, while this is acceptable for boarding, we strongly recommend that guests travel with a valid U.S. passport if possible.

Here’s why:

  • In the event of a medical emergency or unexpected disembarkation in another country, a passport is the fastest and most secure way to return home.

  • Without a passport, emergency travel logistics may be delayed or complicated by local entry/exit restrictions.

Our Recommendation: If you have a valid passport, bring it. If you don’t, your birth certificate + ID will be accepted—but be aware of the limitations.

When booking, you’ll submit your deposit, and your monthly payment schedule will be automatically generated and included in your confirmation email.

If a scheduled payment fails and no communication is made:

  • You will have two business days to bring the payment current

  • After that, your booking will be canceled and all previous payments forfeited

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a fully chartered group experience, meaning all cabin space is prepaid in advance.

All payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Deposits

  • Installments

  • Full balances

If you cancel, your cabin will be returned to group inventory, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Name transfers may be reviewed case-by-case but are not guaranteed.
