👥 BOOKING WITH A ROOMMATE? PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

If two people will be sharing a Sea Terrace Room but paying separately, each traveler must select the DOUBLE OCCUPANCY option and complete their own individual booking.

Here's how it works:

1. Traveler #1 selects Double Occupancy and pays their $500 deposit.
2. Traveler #2 also selects Double Occupancy and pays their own $500 deposit.
3. Once both deposits have been received, you will receive an email from Travel With Shakir requesting the name of your roommate.
4. Reply to that email with your roommate's information so we can match both reservations and ensure you are booked together in the same Sea Terrace cabin.

IMPORTANT

Do not select Single Occupancy if you plan to share a room with another traveler who is paying separately.

Single Occupancy is only for travelers who want a Sea Terrace cabin entirely to themselves.

$2,500 per person
$500 deposit per person

Both roommates must complete their individual reservations and deposits before the room can be matched.

After paying your initial deposit, you can make payments toward your remaining balance between now and the final payment deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please carefully review the cancellation policy before submitting your deposit.

By submitting your deposit for Midnight in Paradise: A New Year's Caribbean Escape, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Virgin Voyages cancellation terms.

Virgin Voyages Standard & Suite Fare Cancellation Timeline

120+ Days Before Sailing

If you cancel within the applicable 7-day grace period, your deposit and other payments are eligible for a full refund.

After the 7-day grace period:

• Payments made beyond your deposit are refunded according to Virgin Voyages' applicable policy.
• Your deposit converts to a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) rather than being refunded.
• The Future Voyage Credit is subject to Virgin Voyages' applicable validity and redemption requirements.

119–45 Days Before Sailing

If you cancel between 119 and 45 days before departure:

All funds paid will convert to a Virgin Voyages Future Voyage Credit (FVC).

The Future Voyage Credit may be applied toward an eligible future Virgin Voyages sailing in accordance with Virgin Voyages' applicable FVC terms.

No cash refund will be issued during this cancellation period.

44 Days or Less Before Sailing

If you cancel 44 days or less before departure:

ALL FUNDS PAID ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refund or Future Voyage Credit will be issued, subject to Virgin Voyages' applicable terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Your $500 per-person double-occupancy deposit or $1,000 single-occupancy deposit secures your reservation and is subject to the cancellation terms above.

Please remember:

• Final payment is due August 16, 2027.
• Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• Any applicable Future Voyage Credit is issued and administered by Virgin Voyages, not Travel With Shakir.
• Future Voyage Credits are subject to Virgin Voyages' terms, expiration dates, eligibility requirements and restrictions.
• Changes or cancellations must be requested as early as possible.
• Travel With Shakir is not responsible for penalties, losses, or non-refundable expenses resulting from a client's cancellation.
• Airfare, excursions, insurance, transportation and other independently purchased travel arrangements may have separate cancellation policies.
