(Question): What Will Show Up On My Credit Card When I Make Payments?
(Answer) Norwegian Cruise Lines will show up on your bank statement; we use a simplified payment processor to ensure your information is safe and secure. Once you click authorize payment you will receive an automated receipt for the amount. Your card information is not kept on file and will not be charged until you authorize your next payment. Simply go to your email and scroll to the bottom and click authorize payment.
(Question): What Will Happen if I want to add someone to my reservation or make a name change?
(Answer): Within 120 days of embarkation (Departure) I am able to make as many changes as you request without penalty. Keep in mind Norwegian Cruise Lines reserves the right to charge for any name supplements within 120 days of sailing date. Keep in mind as your travel agent I will always advocate and try to get fees waived for changes but this is not a guarantee.
(Question): When will I be able to make reservations on the ship?
(Answer): You will be able to make reservations, add funds, purchase upgraded beverage packages, add gratuities to your stateroom on November 23, 2025. **If you have paid for your booking in full at the time of deposit you will have access at an earlier date via your Norwegian Cruise Line App.
(Q): Do I have to get the insurance if my roommate does not?
(Answer): Travel insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended.
(Q): Can I make payments anytime I want?
(Answer): You may make payments anytime you wish; just remember to authorize each payment and you are good to go!
