Day 1
Upon arrival in London, you will meet one of our representatives who will assist you in being transferred to your hotel. Guide - meets group in arrival hall of London Heathrow airport and provides a panoramic tour en-route to the hotel Private Coach - arrives at London Heathrow airport and provides transfer to the hotel with a panoramic tour en-route Along the way see major sights such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Tower of London and many more. Afternoon on own Dinner at hotel or local restaurant, 3 course meal incl. 1 glass of wine & water, coffee, tea.

      • Health & Safety:

        • Health services are generally of high quality. Make sure you have travel insurance that covers medical expenses.
        • Follow any health and safety guidelines or advisories related to the COVID-19 pandemic, as these may change.
        • Culture:
          • London is a diverse and culturally rich city with a wide range of attractions and activities. It is known for its historic landmarks, museums, theaters, and vibrant arts scene.
          • English is the official language, but you'll hear many other languages spoken due to the city's multicultural nature.
          • London is famous for its traditional pubs, afternoon tea, and a variety of international cuisines.

Paris:

Entry Requirements:
    • Similar to London, visa requirements for Paris (France) depend on your nationality and the purpose of your visit. Check the French government's official website or contact the nearest French embassy or consulate for the latest visa information.
    • Currency:
      • The currency in Paris is the Euro (€), represented by the symbol "€."
      • Health & Safety:
        • Paris is generally safe for tourists, but like any major city, be aware of pickpockets, especially in crowded areas.
        • France has a well-developed healthcare system. It's recommended to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses.
        • Keep an eye on any health and safety guidelines or COVID-19-related measures.
        • Culture:
          • Paris is known as the "City of Light" and is famous for its art, fashion, cuisine, and romantic ambiance.
          • French is the official language, but many Parisians speak English, especially in tourist areas.
          • Enjoy the city's iconic landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. Try traditional French dishes and pastries.
 
  • Traveling abroad requires a Passport Book valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport book should not expire before September 1, 2024, and you should have at least two blank passport pages available for entry stamps.
  • Currently, US Passport holders do not need a visa to enter London or Paris for up to 90 days. 
  • All prices are based on the rate of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Mimi's Getaway Services, LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
  • You are required to make you own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight in London Heathrow (LHR) on Monday, March 11, 2024. This means you must fly out of the United States on Sunday, March 10, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight for Monday, March 18, 2024, departing from Paris (CDG) airport. 
  • A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

Full deposit amount (not the deposit special amount) will be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation.

Payment of deposit indicates that you have read and agree with the Terms & Conditions.
 
Reservations without payments for 3 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.
 
No refunds will be provided per our terms & conditions.
 
 

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:

All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.

All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.

This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice.

This fee is nonrefundable.

Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.

Failure to pay the invoice by due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered.

Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking,

Future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

A valid passport is required.

Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.

Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate.

No refunds will be issued.

Proof of COVID Vaccination is required (this could also include proof of Booster shot)

Proof of Negative COVID Test required.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to miriam@mimigetaway.com

  •  Due to contractual agreements with vendors/suppliers all payments received for Mimi’s Getaway LLC Customized Group Tours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cruise Tours will be subject to penalties and fee as stated in the event details.

  • Mimi’s Getaway LLC will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we (Mimi’s Getaway LLC) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

  • Mimi’s Getaway LLC does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.
