Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Staterooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the stateroom cancel and is not replaced with a new roommate.

Name changes are allowed with a $25 name change fee with management approval.

Late payment of $120 per person is required after the final due date with management approval.

All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

Roommate Payments -Roommates must complete a separate registration form and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation if they intend on paying separate deposits.

Cruise lines has the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.

Proof of Citizenship: A valid passport book is best, but for this specific closed-loop itinerary, a certified birth certificate (not hospital-issued) and a government-issued photo ID are acceptable.

Children: U.S. citizen children under 16 need only a birth certificate.

If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 15-20 days prior to travel.

We strongly suggest you arrive in Miami April 21, 2026. The cruise departs on April 22, 2026.

Please note you should begin looking for flights 6 months before departure. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.

You are responsible for keeping Paradise Life Travel and Elite Lifestyle Travel informed of email address changes as this is our primary form of communication.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate(s) of the countries to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low.
FINAL PAYMENT IS February 6, 2027
1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the room.
3. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.
4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@elitelifestyletravel.com.
5. Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit; however, cabin selection requires a minimum payment of $150 per person.
Payment Terms:
Payment deadlines are solid and must be met. To avoid cancellation of your booking, please make sure you remain current with your payments (the terms can be found on your invoice and our terms and conditions). You are always able to pay in advance or pay extra as needed. Accommodation bedding is not guaranteed. No rooms or space has been held. Prices are suggested to change and will be confirmed once the deposit is made, cleared, and the reservation is confirmed. Cancellation is automatic if no communication and arrangements are agreed upon for late or past-due balances with Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional information. To reinstate the booking if space is available, and it will be at the prevailing rate, which could be higher.
Late Payment and Fees:
1. The vendors require payment on a timely basis. We cannot extend credit for anyone making late payments. Therefore, we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment fees of $50.
2. Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $120 fee is required to rebook.
3. Any changes such as roommate change, occupancy change, category changes, etc. within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $50 change fee.
Roommates:
Should your roommate default on payments or cancel, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement or cover the total cost of your booking at the new rate.
Travel Insurance:
Missing your vacation is bad enough. Unexpected circumstances can occur. Flight delay, cancel flight, or accident on your trip. What if a sudden health emergency for you or an immediate family member before or during your trip could spoil your vacation? Not having any financial coverage or assistance is worse. Therefore, travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travel.
Payments:
We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy, Stripe) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card. Your payment will appear on your statement as Paradise Life Travel, Strip, or Traveljoy. Weekend or holiday payments will be processed on the next business day.
Credit/Debit Card charge back policy:
If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have. By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience; in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “Friendly Fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
Refunds:
You acknowledge and agree that all payments that you make to Paradise Life Travel & Tours d/b/a Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional terms are listed below. This is because Paradise Life Travel & Tours d/b/a Elite Lifestyle Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to pay monthly vacation payments.
Cancellation policy:
All Paradise Life Travel & Tour payments and Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional terms and conditions are per trip.
