If Tuscany is where we slow down and settle into la dolce vita, Venice is where we end this journey with a little magic.

For those who aren't quite ready to head home, I'm considering a three-night Venice extension that would allow us to experience one of the most unique cities in the world before catching our flights back to reality.

There is simply nowhere else like Venice.

No cars. No traffic. No rushing from place to place.

Just canals instead of roads, bridges instead of intersections, and endless opportunities to wander around a city that feels like it was pulled straight from a storybook.

This extension wouldn't be about checking off a list of attractions. It would be about getting lost down quiet alleyways, lingering over a glass of wine beside a canal, watching gondolas drift by, exploring hidden corners most visitors never see, and soaking in the atmosphere that makes Venice so unforgettable.

One of my favorite things about this idea is that Venice feels completely different from Tuscany. You get the rolling vineyards, villa life, incredible food, and countryside charm of Tuscany... and then finish your trip with waterfront views, historic palazzos, beautiful piazzas, and one last taste of Italy before heading home.

And honestly? Since you've already made the journey across the Atlantic, it feels like the perfect opportunity to experience a second side of Italy while you're there.

Guests who choose to pay their trip balance in full at the time of booking will receive one extra experience on Samantha while in Tuscany (spa service, excursion, private dinner, etc.). There will also be one additional surprise perk received at the villa upon arrival.

This experience has been intentionally designed to balance meaningful experiences, connection, and free time while allowing space for you to enjoy Italy in the way that feels right for you.

While Florence, Tuscany, and Venice include thoughtfully crafted experiences and activities throughout the journey, participation is always optional. Guests are welcome to opt out of any included experience, excursion, meal, or activity at any time based on personal preference, energy level, or simply wanting time to slow down and explore independently.

Whether your perfect day looks like joining a winery experience, spending extra time by the pool with a glass of wine, wandering quiet streets with a cappuccino, or enjoying free time on your own, this trip is meant to be experienced in a way that feels authentic and enjoyable to you.

Important Notes

Please Read and Review: Credit Card Authorization for the Savor Tuscany 2027 trip is $850 or $900 per person non-refundable Deposit. 

TOTAL COST depends on if you are in a double occupancy room, single occupancy room, or bringing a guest. You will receive an invoice with all cost details, payments, and policies within 48 hours of placing a deposit or payment.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

— $850 deposit total per person with the deposit coming off the balance for double occupancy 

— $900 deposit total per person with the deposit coming off the balance for single occupancy

Payment and Fees:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $850 or $900 is required to secure your spot based on room occupancy. This deposit is due at the time of registration and applied towards the total cost, including holding your room space with the hotel.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards.

Late Payments: Any payment received after the due date will be subject to a late fee of $50 per person per day after 3 days of nonpayment. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled and all payments will be forfeited.

INSURANCE:

Insurance for the Savor Tuscany 2027 trip is mandatory to cover the cost of the hotel, villa and tours in Italy. Insurance ranges in cost based on entire trip total and age. If you wish to purchase your own policy, you must do so within 14 days. Failure to purchase insurance will result in cancellation of your spot on the Savor Tuscany 2027 trip.

Non-Payment: If your final payment is not received by May 15, 2027, your registration may be canceled, and you will forfeit all payments made.

Cancellation Notice: If a Guest chooses to cancel, Guest must email in writing your request to cancel and a cancellation form will be required to be filled out at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation by Organizer, Samantha Barth: Reserves the right to cancel the group trip for any reason.

In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will send an email detailing the information.
