    • • What happens if I need to make changes or cancellations?

         
        Immediately notify FP Vacation Experts to cancel or make changes to your vacation package.  All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by FP Vacation Experts and its third-party suppliers (“supplier penalties” assessed directly by the airline, hotel, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators).  If you select a vacation protection option you will receive Full Refund less the cost of the insurance and the non refundable $105 cancellation fee.  If you purchase private travel insurance or have your own travel insurance you will file a claim to that insurance for any non refundable portion of your trip.  FP Vacation Experts is not involved in your claim process. If you elect to not have vacation protection or private travel insurance you will sign a decline Insurance form.  You will be charged by the vendor at minimum 1 night penalty +$50 and the $105 Cancellation fee.
