Soul Good Travel's Detty December: AfroFuture Fest 2025 Trip Payment Plan, Cancellation and Refund Policies
Payment Plan Policy:
To keep your reservation secure, this group trip requires mandatory monthly payments. Late payments will incur a $50 fee per month, and missing 2 consecutive payments will result in automatic cancellation of your booking and will incur a cancellation fee. To avoid late fees or cancellation, we encourage setting up payment reminders.
We understand that sometimes plans change. The cancellation and refund terms for your AfroFuture Fest trip are provided below. By booking this trip, you agree to abide by the following policies.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to
info@soul-good-travel.com. Cancellations will only be processed once a written request is received and the cancellation fee is paid by the traveler. If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your cancellation request within 48 hours, please call (803) 310-6501 to confirm receipt. We will provide the cancellation invoice with the traveler for the respective amount as outlined below to formally cancel the booking.
Cancellation Schedule (Days before Departure):
- From receipt of deposit to 120 days: $350 per person
- 119 to 91 days: $425 per person
- 90 to 46 days: $500 per person
- 45 days or less: $600 per person
Refund Policy:
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments:
- Due to contractural agreements with hotels and vendors, all payments made towards the Detty December: AfroFuture Fest 2025 trip are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you have a roommate on the reservation and you or your roommate cancels, the cost for the remaining traveler will be changed from double occupancy to single occupancy. A single supplement fee of $917 will be the responsibility of the remaining traveler.
Refunds for Unused Services:
- There are no refunds for unused services, including accommodations, meals and excursions once the trip has commenced.
- If a traveler cancels while the trip is in progress, no refunds will be issued.
Important Note: Depending on the reason for cancellation, your travel insurance may cover part or all of your cancellation fees. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
