💳 How to Secure Your Cabin
$200 Cabin Deposit
A $200 deposit per cabin is required to secure your reservation.
Reservation Deadline: September 10, 2026
To guarantee your place with the Destiny House Christian Center Retreat group, your cabin must be secured by the deadline. Space within the group is subject to availability, so we encourage everyone to reserve early.

Final Payment Deadline: April 10, 2027
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all required payments are made by the established deadlines. Additional payment reminders and instructions will be provided throughout the booking process.

Travel protection is strongly recommended.
International travel involves significant financial commitments, and unexpected circumstances can occur before or during your journey. Travel protection information and available options will be provided separately.
🛂 Passport Requirements
A valid passport is required for international travel.
Please ensure that your passport will have at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates. It is each traveler's responsibility to ensure that all required travel documentation is valid and current.
💳 Payments
After your initial deposit has been received and your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your reservation confirmation, payment details, and payment schedule.
We encourage guests to make payments throughout the year rather than waiting until the final payment deadline.

Cancellation Policy:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR RESERVATION AND PAYMENT.
Due to the special contracted rates, accommodations, transportation, tours, and services secured for this group journey, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
This includes the initial deposit and all subsequent payments made toward your Japan 2027 reservation.
Once a payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, inability to travel, changes in personal circumstances, missed flights, illness, work obligations, or unused portions of the travel package.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Queens of the Isles. Cancellation does not eliminate any financial obligations for payments that have already been submitted, and all funds previously paid will remain non-refundable.
Failure to make payments according to the established payment schedule may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all payments previously made.
Travel Protection
Because all payments for this group journey are non-refundable, purchasing comprehensive travel protection is strongly recommended.
Travel protection may provide coverage for certain unforeseen circumstances, subject to the specific terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the policy purchased.
Travelers who decline travel protection accept full financial responsibility for their travel investment should they need to cancel or be unable to travel.
By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made toward this Japan 2027 group journey are non-refundable and non-transferable.
