If you are booking a mulitple occupancy room, you can book one of two ways:
- Select room type, then click on drop down for the number of passengers
- If you select two-three people it will generate the full total for everyone on one invoice
- If you select one person, invoices will be generated separately
Payments & Cancellation
Payment Information: There is a convenience fee charged to cover processing fees.
Deposit & Payments: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.
Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to email@example.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-855-0958 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.
Payment Schedule: Once deposit is received, a monthly payment reminder is sent until final payment date.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PEOPLE TO MY ROOM?
If you need a roommate, select the two-person package, and email us firstname.lastname@example.org we will assign one for you. The 3 three-person package will either have a King bed and a sleeper sofa/rollaway cot or two double beds with a sleeper sofa/rollaway. While we strive to accommodate same-sex roommates, occasionally it may not be feasible. Please inform us ahead of time if you have any concerns regarding this arrangement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ROOMMATE CANCELS?
If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised rate, or you can replace them. Any cancelations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them. If our team matched you with a roommate, and that roommate cancels, we will try to replace the individual and we will take responsibility for the cost (your cost will NOT change.)
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE WITH ME?
Valid passport. An email copy of the itinerary and suggested packing list will be sent within 2 weeks of the trip.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY HOTEL ITINERARY?
Specific 5-star hotel accommodations will be received within 2 weeks of the trip with our trip packages and details.
DO I NEED VISA?
You will not need a visa.
ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Absolutely! Your payment amount will be calculated based on the number of months until final payment. In addition, a monthly payment reminder will be sent out.

Prices are listed per person. If you’d like to be matched with another guest, select the two-person package, and email us email@example.com stating you’d like a roommate. This email needs to be received within 120 days of the trip.

Group travel is safe and fun. We’ve designed our trips to give everyone a chance to be part of the group activities, without feeling locked in with every group activity. We’ve carefully planned out every tour and day to make sure you don’t miss the “touristy” spots, as well as the hole-in-the-wall spots.
CAN I CHANGE MY PACKAGE?
Yes, you can adjust your package if you want to add or subtract people or add additional days to your package. Any changes are subject to a $150 change fee, and must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All packages are non-refundable due to contractual obligations unless travel insurance is purchased. Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost per person.
