- 06/29 - Arrive in Algarve
- 06/30 - Welcome Event
- 07/01 - Free Day
- 07/02 - Excursion
- 07/03 - Free Day
- 07/04 - Closing Event
- 07/05 - End of Retreat
Payment Schedule:
- $500 Deposit due at time of booking
- Half due by March 1, 2025
- Remaining due May 1, 2025
Cancellation policy:
Deposits
A deposit of $500 per person is required to book your travel arrangements. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@bellavoyage.co
Cancellations will take effect on the day they are received.
Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
More than 90 days prior to departure: Full refund, minus the deposit.
70-89 days prior to departure: 50% refund on total amount due.
46-69 days prior to departure: 25% refund on total amount due.
45 or fewer days prior to departure: No refund.
Exceptions
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, we may waive or reduce cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. This is not guaranteed and needs to be expressed in writing.
Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected events, such as trip cancellation, lost luggage, and medical emergencies.
