ITINERARY 

Friday Sep 8^th, 2023:                                                                                          

Arrival: Arrive at Cairo Airport. Our meet-and-assist service will take you from just outside your gate through the passport control area and help you through luggage claim and customs. Then they will accompany you to your hotel the Nile Ritz Carlton Hotel – City View Room.

Saturday Sep 9^th, 2023:                              B, L, D                                      

Breakfast: Breakfast at your hotel.

Egyptian Museum: Visit to the Egyptian Museum, your Egyptologist- will escort you on a tour of 7,000 years of Egyptian history which includes the world-famous golden treasures from King Tutankhamen’s tomb. 

Giza Pyramids: Proceed to the Pyramids of Giza.  The only present-day survivors of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, they are among the world’s greatest tourist attractions and never lose their ability to inspire and overwhelm visitors.

Lunch: Lunch will be at authentic local restaurant.

Camel Ride: No trip to Egypt would be complete without a ride on a “ship of the desert”, and so you will have an opportunity to mount your individual camel for an Unforgettable ride across the sands of Giza from a distance.

Sphinx: Visit to the mysterious Sphinx, an ancient figure shrouded in legend and mystery. Your Egyptologist will enthral you with the tales told of this fascinating figure.

Dinner: Have dinner onboard a cruise with show on Nile River.  

Hotel: Transfer back to your hotel & overnight.

Sunday Sep 10^th, 2023:                               B, L, D

Breakfast: Breakfast or boxes will be arranged from your hotel & checkout.

Transfer: Transfer to the airport to board your flight to Luxor.

Arrival: Arrival in Luxor & start visiting:

Karnak Temple: Visit the temple of Karnak, the largest religious complex that was ever built for a god. The temple is dedicated to the god Amon Ra, the chief creator god in Ancient Egypt. Explore Khonso Temple & the Opet festival chapel which is one of the off beaten track sites.

Lunch: Lunch at authentic local restaurant.

Transfer: Transfer to the Hilton Luxor Hotel – Nile View Room.

PM Luxor Temple: At sunset visit the Luxor temple that was predominantly built by Pharaoh Ramses the second.

Dinner: Dinner at the hotel.

Monday Sep 11^th, 2023:                                  B, L, D

Balloon Ride: Early Morning have a wonderful early flight over the west bank of Luxor.

Breakfast: Breakfast at your hotel & checkout.

Valley of the Kings: Cross to the west bank of Luxor & start the visit to the hidden behind the mountains on the west bank of the Nile. Visit the tomb of King Ramses 6 & the famous tomb of King Tutankhamen, where they discovered over five thousand objects of jewelry, alabaster and funeral furniture. Then have the off-beaten track experience by visiting Dra Abu el Naga where you will be dazzled by the details in the tombs of Roy and Shoury.

Hatshepsut temple: Visit the temple of Hatshepsut the only female pharaoh who dressed and ruled like a king. Have a photo stop by the huge Colossi of Memnon.

Legendary Felucca lunch: Have a legendary relaxing lunch onboard a sailboat.

Transfer: Transfer for about 4 hours to the Sheraton Soma Bey & Check In.

Dinner: Dinner at hotel.

Breakfast: Breakfast at your resort.

Free day at leisure.

Dinner: Dinner at hotel.

Wednesday Sep 13^th, 2023:                          B, L, D

Breakfast: Breakfast at your resort.

Private boat for snorkeling.

Dinner: Dinner at hotel.

Thursday Sep 14^th, 2023:                                B, D

Breakfast: Breakfast at your resort & checkout.

Transfer: Transfer to the airport to fly back to Cairo.

Hotel: Check in at the Le Meridien airport hotel.      

Farwell Dinner: Farwell Dinner at the hotel.

Breakfast: Breakfast at your hotel & checkout.

Flight: Walk to the airport terminal to board your flight home with your heart filled with memories of the sights, sounds and voices of Egypt to carry with you.

All payments to Travel Legacy, Inc. are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Please be sure you will attend event before submitting payment. This is because Travel Legacy, Inc. has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  This is the way that we can ensure low package prices that allow you to make installment payments.  All final payment dates are clearly noted on the website of the event.  It is your responsibility to ensure payments arrive to us on or before that date.  A $50 late fee MAY be added to any payments made after the due date.  If you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment.  If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits will forfeit.  You can join an event at any time by making the total required payment amounts due, provided that space is still available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• A valid passport is required for travel for six months beyond your travel date.  For this vacation package, your passport should not expire before March 17, 2024.  
• A visa is required for entry in to Egypt.  Instructions will be sent to all participants once final payment has been made on instructions for obtaining a visa.  
• If you select the LAND ONLY package, you will need to depart the USA on September 7, 2023 to arrive on September 8, 2023.  For your return flight, you may depart at any time on September 15, 2023.  
• Airline schedule for FULL PACKAGE will be released by late March 2024.  
• A full day by day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel if not sooner.  
• At check in a credit card may be required for incidentals.
