Cancellation Penalties
YOUR FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY OR BEFORE JULY 1, 2025.
If your final payment has not been received by the final payment date you will be automatically canceled without further notification from this agency and applicable penalties will be applied. There will be no exceptions or extensions.
Cancellations must be requested prior to AUG. 1, 2025 to be eligible for partial refund, which will not exceed more than 50% of your trip payments as of the date your request was submitted. In addition to the non-refundable $175 deposit, there is a $75 Travel Agency Administrative Fee for all cancellations, for any reason. Partial refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to process and forward to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I have read and understood all cancellation charges and change fees related to the travel arrangements, and that I may not be entitled to a full refund should my travel plans change. In case of cancellation of non-refundable airline tickets or other arrangements, I agree to pay all applicable penalties according to the travel suppliers' & Bubbling Brown Sugar Productions rules.
